I absolutely love this series! Levels 3 and 4 were a tremendous help in improving my daughter's reading skills, and she really enjoyed them. Because of that, I decided to order Levels 4 and 5. However, when the package arrived—though it was wrapped to look new—I was disappointed to find that the Level 4 set had already been used, and all the books were missing. Instead of the missing books, there was an extra workbook from a completely different company. This experience has been very frustrating, especially since it’s the first issue I’ve ever had with Amazon after years of being a customer.
