It's a good size.
I really have nothing bad to say it's fits my large 40oz tumblers. I like that i have room for my phone and hand sanitizer. But I have lost the rubber inserts. They come out all the time. I am using a knee scooter and everytime we fold the bar down they fall out. If you are with anybody if they don't know then they get lost. I would love to get new ones. I have had the cup holder a week. I would recommend velcro them in. This way you can remove to wash them or use command tabs. I do like that you can turn the knobs to change the direction for left or right hand.

Would buy again
Very nice. Good heavy duty plastic. Nice because the latch is repositionable and secures to scooter tightly. Very nice compartment holes for cup and phone.

Compact and strong
My loved one has really liked the convenience of the cup holder . It’s allowed her to not have to hold her water bottle in her hand. Loving it so far.

The walker/wheelchair cup holder that does what it says it will do.
The cup holder does everything the seller claims it does. It easily holds a YETI-sized thermal cup, down to a regular coffee cup with no problems. By using the gasket and applying a little extra energy when tightening the knob, the cup holder stays in place quite nicely and will hold to a smooth surface with little trouble. Having the ability to unclip the cup holder from the mount is a great advantage over other types of cup holders. There are some simpler, household-type walker trays, but the attachment may not allow the tray to lie flat against the walker.

Small
Too small to hold a regular kitchen mug. Sized for a Coke can

Wheel chair/crutches accessory
This works great with a wheel chair or crutches. I’m sure it would work well with cane

My husband loves it!
I bought this to attach to my husband’s walker. He recently had a stroke and this little gadget has allowed him to be a little more independent as he can use it for his drink/water, a snack, cellphone, etc. I highly recommend.

Probably because of where we had to put it, it didn’t stay tightened
I thought this was a great cup holder but it didn’t stay tightened on my mom’s wheelchair. It may have been because of where we had to put it. She ended up not liking it because she thought it was big and bulky. However, she never likes anything I buy her so 🤷♀️. Take that part with a grain of salt.
