The Millennia line is made in Taiwan and features a 3/4 tang with optimal balance, all knives have a limited lifetime warranty.

Q: So, is this actually a 9 piece set, or do the knife guards and thermometer sheath count as 3 items too, since it only pictures 6 items?

Q: which is the maximum temperature measured by the thermometer that includes the kit?

It is bitherm thermometer and tops out at 220 degrees

Q: What all is included in the set

Everything that is listed is included; not sure of specifics as we sold this kit to another culinary school student.
