This is the second version of our Venum BJJ Contender GI. It is stronger and more comfortable than the previous model. Made from 100% Pearl Weave cotton, the jacket offers perfect stability and comfort. With reinforced seams. The collar is reinforced with EVA foam to protect handles and help you confront the attacking opponents. The pants are made of 100% cotton and reinforced on the inside of the legs and around the ankles.

Although I sent this item back it was due to me being chunky and not fitting in a a3 lolReally nice gi good quality loved the colours arrived fast and returns were simple would recommend the only thing I would like to say if you are buying this to start your bjj or ju jitsu journey this doesn't come with a belt

It's a really good gi but in the description of the product it stated that the gi came with a bag to carry it around in but that never turned up.

Good product
Very light weight, good design and also very good that they do half sizes not like other brands. Ive bought an A2.5 and it’s perfectly fit. Venum the only brand who actually does half sizes. Cant wait to buy the new collection.

Excellent and light GI
Didn't think much of it. It was cheap and I needed an other GI for my regular training ... But I have been surprised with the quality, the finishing and it is SUPER light !!!Really like it

I wouldn't say it's a bad gi, but not a great one either
I wouldn't say it's a bad gi, but not a great one either. The fit is what I like the most. A2.5 is perfect for me, I'm 1.84m in height and weigh 83 kgs. The quality of the materials is a bit lacking in my opinion, for around the same price I got a Tatami gi which is way better.

The sizes are very specific so know your size first ideally
The gi is a very comfortable fit and can more than withstand the wear and tear of some quite intense grappling matches
