I’ve been using this product as a BASE lip primer for years, and apply it below my choice of different top lipsticks. It acts as a ‘seal’, and prolongs the life of whatever lipstick I choose to apply above, I then use the gloss on top of that.I was very pleased with this shade, and would have no hesitation in buying again.
