Grandmother’s wonderful soup!
This is a old memorial of my child hood. Grandmother was Turkish and used Trahana as a soup base, with cabbage and garlic with brown butter. You have to put through a blender to make into a powder mix with water,Fry cabbage, garlic. Brown butter enjoy!!

knowing what a home made trahana smells and tastes like, this is more than the average. Buttery smell, good color but hard to dissolve while cooking.
