It took a stain (red oak, two coats) perfectly and became beautiful trim for my fireplace mantle. I find it surprisingly affordable for the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again or recommend it to a friend.

I bought this within the trim piece to paint along with vintage looking wallpaper put on Ikea bookshelves that I was trying to customize and make look like they're built-ins. It turned out fantastic and far better than I expected. In quarter for quality for such a small price.

Well done solid hardwood. Similar pieces cost many, many times more at my local Home Improvement Stores.

it's very good moulding piece. if you don't need one long piece more than 4 ft then go for it.

I bought several of these to do chair rail and crown molding in my home office. They are very lightweight and easy to work with. We did two layers of espresso stain on it for the color and it's on a "cool pine" green wall.

It is not good manufactured with lots of roughly sandings.Also that's color difference but quality is much difference.
