It was already used!!! It was not even a full bottle, it was less than half and it was obvious that it was already opened before as the entire cap was very dirty, and you would never get that if the bottle was previously unopened. DO NOT BUY THIS. Waste of money.

After trying all the men's products in the market I've found Beardo Hairfall control. Your best product line. I stayed a loyal customer to this line for the past two years. But the recent purchase of mine had changed the view. The quality of the product is changed I can even notice it on the viscosity of the shampoo. The previous bottle's batch is E3 the one I got is E5 of which the quality is deuterated. Either your quality control staff at the manufacturer didn't do their job good or you've started some cost cutting measures. If that's the case, soon the numbers of your repeat customers will go down. Please don't do that. I like your product and don't make me switch.

Product received looks nothing like the picture, looks fake and cheap. Apparently this product doesn't have a return policy too. What a let down.
