UPDATE: Originally I gave this item 2 stars because it cracked on me. Almost immediately after I wrote the review, the company emailed me asking if they could refund me or send me a new one. In a time where many of my customer experiences are just poor because no one cares about what they do anymore, any company with customer service like this get 5 stars from me. Thank you to this brand for caring.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This thing looks good and is painted nicely, the plastic is strong which can be good but for me since it did not bend to my face it was not very flattering. Also, while pulling to try and bend it around my face it cracked, I probably pushed its limits too hard. Did not work for me personally but I would be willing to buy another and give it a shot because of the good quality plastic, the good paint job and the way it looks, plus the price is great.

Purchased for a black/white NYE event. Was disappointed to see that the white parts of the mask aren't really "white". It's more of a dirty white mixed with gold over it, like the brushes weren't washed in between use.I really wanted it to be a clean white, so I took 91% isopropyl alcohol to each white area with about 10 q-tips. Took about 30-45 min to do the whole mask. I uploaded some before/after's for a comparison.I didn't look at the pictures close enough, cause I came back to review, and you can somewhat see it in the display pictures for the product -- though mine was a lot 'dirtier'. I feel it's a sloppy job and would've given a 2 or 3 star, but can't knock them for sending me essentially what's shown. You get what you pay for.

For the price I found this product to be excellent. I used it for a party and they worked great. The black is a matte black and the silver looks like it has an antique finish. It’s plastic. But it’s not so flimsy that it’s annoying.

Surprised at the great quality! I was expecting a flimsy plastic mask but it's way better than I thought it would be. It's solid plastic, looks great on and fastens with a ribbon tie. I'm so impressed!

The mask was beautiful but it was too difficult to switch back and forth with my glasses without an elastic headband so most of the evening party was spent without the mask.

Mask looks great only if I would have worn it.. it arrived crushed since it was packed in a flat jiffy pad

This is cheaply made, but that's to be expected for the price. The color matches display picture, with metallic paint. The decoration is painted foam. Mask itself is hard plastic with fabric glued on the wearer's side for comfort.It survived a night of active dance with slight paint wear. Won't last forever, but I received many compliments.

This is a pretty nice mask. I bought a few oh here as I was not sure what would work best with this years Halloween costume, and this one is going to be the winner. It is made of a pretty sturdy plastic but it does not sit too heavy on your face. The silver one looks pretty much like the picture.
