Was having trouble with the audio jack on my computer for my microphone so decided to try a USB solution on my Linux desktop. Headphones were immediately recognized by the computer and started working without any additional configuration. Was a welcome surprise. Audio sound is good, microphone is good quality as well. The volume and mute buttons on the cord make it convenient for quick in-call adjustments. Both work as expected. I use the headphones for work meetings, so they are in my ears for several hours a day. The buds are light and comfortable. No irritation or soreness from the extended use. I've grown accustomed to buds that have the plastic attachment which helps with external noise reduction, compared to those, these feel a little "loose", but it doesn't affect the sound quality. The only change I'd suggest is a bigger visual clue on the buds to identify the left from the right. They are shaped to fit your ears, which they do nicely, but I have to look at them very closely every time I put them in to get the left and right sides correct. For the money, these were a great purchase, that are comfortable and worked right out of the box.

I bought this product because other earbuds and headphones fall off my ears regardless of the adapters or gels I can wear. The design of these earphones is great, they stay in place. The audio of the earphones is outstanding and they work right out of the box, no additional driver needed. There was a little issue I encountered with these. When using them for meetings, my coworkers told me I sounded far away. I changed the mute button of the mic and still sounded far away. I had to hold the mic closer to my mouth and the issue was resolved. Other than this little issue, all works as expected.

so as much as i wanted to like it, it was just okay. it doesn't sit well in my ear. it keeps falling out so maybe there's just an ear issue for me. ive dropped it a few times so im not really sure what that says about Durability. size? oh yea great length i was excited to try it. no problems with connection super easy to just plug in and go. 15 bucks for it... eh. it really just depends if you like to move around yes. if not not really you should just get normal ear buds or whatever. mic quality was really disappointing. as i was excited to try that and according to everyone i spoke with. i just sounded like i was laying on top of it. or muffled. but hearing whatever it is you want, super great! hearing and length is what you want this for. the rest is just eh.

I dislike having to use wireless headsets because I always forget to charge them and they tend to be bulky. I tried this out and it works amazing. It’s plug and play and works perfectly with my Dell docking station. People on calls have said they hear me clearly as well! I used them for a 2 hour meeting and forgot I had them in. Overall, I’m very impressed with this headset considering the price. If I had to nitpick, the only thing I wish it had was buttons for the volume rather than the slider. Regardless, I just leave it at max volume on the headset and control the volume from my Windows operating system, but some of you may want to control volume via physical buttons.

I'm updating my review, as I had lost the pair I previously purchased and the new ones are horrible. There is a consistent buzzing sound when using these, and when I plug them in, it often immediately operates on maximum volume with no way to adjust, and I have to repeatedly plug and unplug to get them to work normally. There is no longer a lavaliere clip and I've had a lot of issues with the microphone, with colleagues often saying they can't hear me. ---------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW: These are nice quality and are as comfortable as standard Apple earbuds. The USB port is essential for me as it is the only port for my work laptop that accepts headphones. The volume adjustment and lavaliere clip are a nice touch that makes these helpful for Teams and Zoom. The microphone dangles a bit too low, but that's not a huge issue and I haven't had any problems with sound quality.

First of all, I bought these in 2023 to use for work meetings. The sound quality is perfect. However, I believe people should be aware the microphone is positioned too far from the face. I have to 'clip' the microphone onto my shirt close to my face for people to hear me speak. Because the microphone is too far away, it tends to flop around on the clothing causing the voice volume to be muffled or very weak. The microphone is not moveable meaning it can't slide up/down on the wire. I tried calling Customer Service to no prevail. I also sent an email without a response. I highly recommend checking the location of the microphone before you decide to keep this product. Because customer service was not responsive, I reduced my rating by 2. The location of the microphone reduced the rating by 1. Jumping forward to 2025, hopefully the vendor has improved the location of the microphone.
