Sure does seem to work.
As near as I can tell this has killed off the termites that were making trails across the floor of my mower shed. Easy to use with the pump , included.

Hire a pro or do your research first
Extremely disappointed with Spectracide Terminate Termite & Carpenter. I bought this hoping it would take care of a small termite issue, but it didn’t make any noticeable difference at all. I followed the instructions exactly, treated multiple areas, and even reapplied just to be sure — but the termites kept coming back like nothing had happened. The product feels weak, the effect is minimal, and it honestly felt like a complete waste of time and money. The applicator also isn’t the easiest to use, and the solution runs out faster than expected, which just adds to the frustration. If you’re looking for something that actually solves a termite problem, I would look elsewhere. This product did absolutely nothing for me.
