Excellent Mouse, Not Just For Games
Had this mouse for a couple of days now. Seemed really strange to use a mouse with so many buttons, but once you get used to it it's fantastic. I need to say that I am NOT a gamer. PC games hold no interest for me, they never have and I can't imagine that they ever will. I can't therefore comment on how good this mouse is for playing games. I'm a musician (keyboard player) and I use audio DAW software almost daily. I saw someone using a mouse similar to this for game playing and he explained how the buttons could be re-mapped to keyboard shortcuts. I thought this may be a great idea for my needs. Having many buttons that I can program to run my software more efficiently seemed a no brainer. The mouse itself is excellent quality, far better than the old Logitech mouse its replaced. It's solidly built and a perfect large size for me, very comfortable to hold and the buttons are all responsive and seem well constructed. I went to the web site and downloaded the software for the mouse and everything just worked flawlessly. It's incredibly easy to set up a full set of unique assignments for the buttons, just about everything is programmable, and you can even save custom profiles so you can have many configurations for different needs. For instance, in my file manager software (XYPlorer) I have the top buttons remapped from DPI settings to 'invert selection' and 'delete'. The big side buttons I have as 'ctrl C' and 'ctrl V'. It makes file management a breeze. And don't forget, you have a further 8 buttons on the side you can map to different functions. I have profiles saved for my audio DAW software, Adobe Premiere Pro etc. etc. I have the mouse switched to eco mode. I'm not at all interested in the lights but I can see how many will love them (and they do look good!) but I'm more interested in extending the battery life. The mouse is useable as it charges on the supplied USB C lead anyway, so it's not too much of an issue. The only little niggle, and it's hardly worth mentioning to be fair, is that the light on the scroll wheel pulses on and off constantly to show you the remaining battery power. In use I hardly notice it but I did hunt for a way to make it 'steady' or turn it off. Apears that you can't but as said, it's a minor point. All in all a great buy.

Great mouse with slight flaws
Great mouse, however it is large and heavy. Great battery life. Software is simple to use. The 8 side buttons are great but the 2 furthest from the thumb are a bit too far away. Although the buttons are accented at angles it can still be difficult to distinguish which is which in the heat of the moment. Been using this for 15 months with no hint of double clicking so it's much better than Logitech mice. It would be the perfect mouse if it were slighly smaller and lighter with better button placement so they can be more easily accessed and distinguished.

Good mouse, worth trying
Really good mouse especially for the price point. Connection is solid and thats over a bit of distance as I game on a TV. Software is lite and doesn’t need to run all the time as it programs data into the mouse. Macros’s work fine too. Can’t fault it at all

Connectivity Issues
Initially had a strong and promising start however into the 3rd month of continuous and rigorous use both gaming and otherwise, when operating as a wireless mouse, it struggles and stutters badly with connection and does so on an almost regular basis to the point it becomes almost useless unless plugged in. Going back to Logitech or I might see what Corsair have on offer as this mouse is definitely not Redragons finest work.

Fantastic value
There seems to be a gap in the market for mice with a pinky rest all the top brands do not choose to even offer it as an attachment. so if like me you hate your pinky touching the mouse mat this is perfect. It fits in my hand nicely and its easy to hit just one button and not multiple by accident. The software suffers a little bit with some poor translation and can be a little buggy but I have set up macros and it gives a battery life read out which is all I need it for. I personally bought some mouse grip for the mouse and this is a plastic shell with no rubber and found myself grabbing it harder then I would like but for the PRICE this is fantastic. Ne reason to spend 100's on a mouse.

Great Mouse but not built great
I have had this month for over a month gaming and general use at the right and left mouse buttons are all wearing other than that the battery life was great and very comfortable to use i would say i have big hands and i do think someone with samller hands might have problems using this

Great gaming mouse.
I needed a better mouse for gaming as my old corded one was playing up. Purchased this one for the extra programmable buttons. Turned up next day, well packaged and sealed. I had issues with selecting the correct driver and got a bit stuck. Contacted customer support through amazon and got a very quick reply with all the information I needed to get it working. Great mouse. Superb customer service. Now been using the mouse for a few days and very impressed. Easy to change the dpi (sensetivity) so accuracy can be adjusted depending on use. Buttons are easy to set up through my games. It's got good weight, fits my hand perfectly, and comfortable to use. Not really bothered by the colour set up, but it does look good. Battery life is great so far, but you can use it wired if you forget to charge it. All in all I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Edit. Had this mouse 3 months now, and only used 20% of the battery since I charged it. Great mouse, would highly recomend.

An amazing MMO mouse with great accompanying software. Having sloped side buttons makes it easy to memorize and find the button you are looking for with out looking. To get the longest battery life (4+ days for me) I changed the RGB to black, effectively turning it off

AWFUL! Buy the Corded version instead! + Buttons layout is fantastic. + The buttons includes backward and forward buttons, which is amazing, and a must for the games i play. More manufacturers need to do this! + The angles of the number buttons are perfect, so it's very easy to find the right button fast. - I wish it had 12 number buttons, or at least 10. - The angles of the buttons are perfect but the buttons themselves could have been like 40-50% slimmer to fit at least 2 more buttons and be easier to reach with your thumb. - It's very heavy. After it failed me too many times i unscrewed it and opened it, there are no weights inside, its just really heavy thick plastic and lots of components (the corded version is maybe 70% as heavy, so it's much better). - ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STARTS ENDLESSLY SPAMMING ONE OF THE NUMERBS BY ITSELF (like Number 33333333333 for example, but it can be any number) and it does not stop until i press in the other buttons. - In a spilt second it suddenly sends your cursor (or view angle in a game) to the ground or to the sky. It has its own life and acts super erratic, which makes it completely unusable. I have endured this shhh for months now but i cant take it anymore! - Un-precise: It's the first mouse that i have ever used that is so incredibly un-precise. So the Cursor never hits the same spot twice even if you move your hand the exact same way back and forth. So you contantly have to push the cursor to the edge of the screen, or lift it, to calibrate the cursors position. Absolutely worthless. Unusable for gaming. - Seriously the Cursor starts to LAG and stutter the cursor across the screen! WT?? - A fully charged battery drains completely in a few ours if you use the 2.4Ghz setting. - All of a sudden it changes the Speed setting so it becomes super fast across the screen, and no amount of pressing the speed setting buttons will make it perfectly right again. Only way to solve it was to either unplug the Connector and turn off the mouse, or if that didnt work: Restart the computer. Update: I have bought and tested the Corded version (Redragon M811 Aatrox MMO) since no other company is smart enough to manufacture a number-pad mouse that also has Backward and Forward buttons i had to buy it. The corded version has NONE of the problems that the Wireless has! It just works as intended. Almost Perfect for the MMO i play, i just wish it had at least 10 buttons. I dont use the software because i dont have any use for it, i use mine for gaming, so i can't say anything about the program, but the corded one just works, like a mouse should).
