Works great,and looks great. Was really easy to install, opens and closes nicely. I needed it to go inside a cabinet, redoing an old house and the sink does not line up straight with the window so had to put this in so I could reach the water shut off valve. Slim enough when the shelf went in I didn't need to trim it at all. Now mid you this thing needs to be glued on. Unless you pre drill your own holes, but then the screws would be noticeable. So just go in knowing that and its a right good access panel.

Easy to install and looks great

Ok product. It is not cheap in cost, its pretty expensive for the quality. It's easy to install if you have tools to cut through drywall. It is not that easy to open or close the door once installed. It is pretty flimsy, the corners by the hinges stick when trying to close the door and the hinges are not that great. The door is thin and the trim is ok. I used construction adhesive to stick it to the wall and it's holding in there great. You can paint it but I honestly wouldn't get any in between the door and frame because it would be even more difficult to open and thats why I have tape lines on it in the picture. Overall it will save you money and time in the future. I do recommend but if you can find one that's stronger then that would be the best option.

Easy to install. No major issues.

This is exactly what was needed after a repair behind the wall due to a water leak. This way we will have easy access if another repair is need in the future. The price was more reasonable than purchasing one in a big box store. Quick arrival time was appreciated and delivered on schedule. The access panel is very sturdy…not flimsy at all. Simple to install and looks very nice. Door opens with ease and works well. Definitely recommend.

A nice quality access door that could use a few improvements. It's hinges are a bit flimsy/cranky and will probably break over time. Opening the door from fully closed requires a knife or screwdriver to pry it open, and the hinges seem brittle. How hard would it be to just put a latch or pull that could be used with your fingers? Not very hard. I may add my own knob for this. Attachment to the wallboard (pretty sure it always mounts in typical 1/2" wallboard) requires glue or double sided tape. Why no clips to keep it in the wallboard? That too wouldn't be hard to make, but you don't get that. Guess you have to make your own. Too bad, this could have been a 5 star item.

Easy installation

I was able to instal this in the wall behind the shower control valve after cutting the drywall to service the valve. Cheaper and easier then plastering and repainting.

Good Price. Well Built, Easily Fitted. Couple of things to note: At this price it isn't lockable and on mine, the door was only removable with difficulty and hot water, to soften the hinge, was needed to replace it. This could obviously not be done once fitted. Quite happy with purchase though and would buy again.
