I love it. I'm a big fan of coffee. I have Nespresso, French press and this is my first full coffee maker with a grinder. I'm highly pleased from the quality of this product. Very easy to use, the grinder grinds the beans perfectly. you are getting a fresh coffee that tastes perfect in no time. I also like the design of the product. In addition the price is really good for what you are getting. Perfect.

I don’t recommend this product
I was not happy with this coffee maker at all.It smells like burning plastic on each use.But the biggest issue was the grinder,every time I used that feature the lid would pop open.Therefore it wouldn’t brew, unless I was there to push it back down.Ive since returned it.

Breaks easily
I own alot of your Products. I recently purchased the GCM4700 (Coffe Pot with Grinder. I was just at CES and seen some of your new products and we got to talking about the one I purchased. SO I received the product yesterday the coffee pot it self was cracked. Before hand I went to test out the Grinder itself. That is self started to make a funny noise and smells like burnt plastic. The motor is fine its just the piece you put into the pot. I love the Gourmia brand but this did not make me happy at all.

Was close to getting 5 stars but ...
This coffee maker was so close to getting 5 stars but there are some things that just shouldn't be an issue with this type coffee maker in this price range. First off let me state that it does make very good coffee, it's fast, grinder is a plus, it's constructed well, it's attractive and it saves space.On the other hand, after a few months of use the top, probably because of heat and steam, starting popping open thus stopping the coffee making process until it was shut closed again ... Only to pop open again. I eventually had to place a weighted kitchen item on the top to keep it closed. Also the tray is hot and can somewhat burn your coffee if sitting longer than 15 mins ... so your might want to shut it off after your first cup and reheat your second cup. I didn't have those issues with any coffee maker in this price range that I can remember. Other than that, it's a good product.Update:She's down to 2 stars. Stopped working after 1 1/2 yrs. The first coffee make that I've owned to do that. Have had $25 coffee makers last until I undated them.
