Easy to use
We got this for my mother in law who is very tech averse. The large buttons made it very easy for her to use and the recharge stand is also useful as it makes the phone easy to find and house when charging. Overall a very user friendly product.

Does not do what it says on the tin!
Whilst a simple enough phone, the volume is not as loud as it could be and works terribly with my mom’s hearing aids, despite what it states. As this was the reason for the phone I have had to get rid of it.

Great but
A very good basic phone for an older person. Really useful to have a stand to charge it. It’s a pity that there is no option to take unlock off. This has caused so many problems.

Exactly what I wanted though doesn't work with the 'Three' network in the UK
I'm pleased with it. It's for my aged mother who struggles with a smartphone now. The phone is a nice size and weight. The screen is very clear and the buttons are large. I was a bit disappointed to find it doesn't work with the 'Three' network, because it was one of their PAYG SIMs which I was intending to use. I did try and work out from the phones spec whether it would. One of the phones 2 frequency bands matches one of the 4 bands used by 'Three' - but no go. It does work with O2, EE and Vodafone (though I suppose that might change). On the plus side it does support SMS messaging which I wasn't sure it would.
