This bottle was purchased for drinking water during a week in Wales climbing, hiking and caving. Simple, stylish bottle, kept water nice and cold, very sturdy, I just chucked it in my rucksack and it never leaked and easy to screw the top on and off. Easy to clean. Now using it for work. Very good.

I wanted a good alloy bottle for forest work. This is an excellent item, dependable, easy to find among the green trees. The smoothness of drinking lip, quality of materials, easy and quick thread, strong bottle top for my carabina to clip onto to. Should last years…Recommend this item.

Light and effective

I had a Sigg for about 20 years before it was lost, bought this one recently and the bottle itself is fine, but the stopper doesn't screw in as well as the old one and can be cross threaded meaning it leaks.

This is my second Sigg bottle. It is good size for a day out and light weight.

Good light weight bottle for daily use

This is the third SIGG water bottle I have bought after accidentally landing on the bottle I usually take climbing and causing a massive dent. I filled the bottle with water and froze it to try to get the dent out, but unfortunately I slightly over did it on the amount of water and the bottle exploded in the freezer :PIf you have never bought a SIGG water bottle before you might be worried about the water being tainted with a weird taste. I have never experienced such a problem even after leaving the water for a couple of days. In this regard I don't think I would treat this bottle any differently to a plastic bottle.The bottles are light-weight and seal well, however being made out of aluminium they are susceptible to dents and bumps. Given the activities I take these bottles out on I see these dents as something of a keep-sake which add character to the bottle, but I can see why some people would be put off by it. In terms of the longevity of the paint on this particular bottle I cannot really advise, but other painted SIGG bottles I have seen begin to peel only after many years of sustained use.This particular SIGG bottle is a very nice looking one. The colour is what I would describe as ceramic white but with a glossy finish, and overall it looks great :)

For a company as established as this I would expect better packaging ', you are after all paying for a brand new product not something that looks second hand !!!The bottles themselves are exceptionally good and don't usually leak ' but the colours are not great and do not look the same as one's in the picture ', my olive green bottles are anything but olive 🫒 ' and why do they give you black bottle tops with the green ones but not with the grey ones ???It should surely be obvious to them that people choosing these colors want to be less noticeable ' not more noticeable !!!The tops on the grey bottles are white 🐻‍❄️ ' and it costs significantly more money if you want black tops to go with the grey ', they have clearly done this in an attempt to extort more money out of people that want to do stealth camping 🥾😔 !!!Why should only the military be entitled to good kit ???Perhaps this is another company living off its brand name 📛 ' without actually caring about the packaging or the product or the customers needs !!!A little bit of thought would go a long way with this product ' and a decent neoprene sleeve would actually add protection and insulate the bottles against cold or heat !!!The 1L bottle size is good 👍😊 ' but could be improved by making it 98 millimeters wide so that it fits the majority of nesting cups ', this would allow you to put the lid of the nesting cup in the neoprene sleeve first ' followed by the cup ' with the bottle slipping neatly inside it ' and saving space in your bottle carrier or pack !!!There is so much more improvement that could be made to this product ' but it seems like the company is only interested in making profit instead of creating a truley useful masterpiece of a product !!! Luckily there are cheaper versions on the market ' but sadly none are in a one liter capacity !!!If someone were to create a similar bottle with three subtle differences then I believe they could give this company a run for their money 💰🤑 !!!

I’ve owned my bottle/thermos for several years now and absolutely love it. I like my water cold and this keeps it cold for hours. I am picky about the taste of my water, going out of my way to buy filtered water, and it imparts NO taste to my water. It is light weight, holds @ 3/4 of a liter (@25 ounces), and is easy to carry by the built-in strap. It is sturdy and i carry it with me everywhere i go - whether in urban settings, or in the great outdoors. Over the years, i have, of course, dropped it a few times and gotten minor damage - a couple of dings - in it, but that has not affected its thermal performance, nor its overall aesthetic.

Works well for keeping drinks cold. Like the design but doesn't permit adding ice cubes.

So many of these containers are way over priced. This one has been great and price wasn't bad

I needed a durable bottle that was leak-proof and light for a three week trek and this Sigg bottle was perfect. I would buy a second one when the time comes.
