Chosen Avocado Oil is the best. Check on Google! Seed oils are for machines, not for humans. Either avocado, olive, or coconut oils, or beef tallow are for humans. The great things about Chosen Avocado Oil are its purity and freshness, light taste that doesn't influence the flavor of food like olive oil or coconut oil, and it's very high smoke point. I use it for popcorn which requires temps of over 410F and closer to 450 and the Chosen Avocado Oil is smokeless and doesn't change color or color the flavor of the popcorn. Chosen Avocado Oil is the only avocado oil I use. I buy it in the big jug and in the spray.

Love Chosen Avocado oil for cooking just about anything. Like the high smoke point for frying food. I am glad Amazon has it in the 1.75 liter size. Completely switched from other oils to this one.

This is an amazing product, however it was delivered from Amazon in a paper envelope and had obviously not been treated with any kind of care and had leaked through the packaging and was delivered that way. This is an item that should be boxed and kept “right side up” during shipping. The bottle was unopened but missing a good quarter of the product due to obvious leaking during shipping/delivery.

Love this oil! We go through a lot of this oil! From homemade mayonnaise to stir-fry to baked goods, this has been our go too. It has a light flavor that can be used without overpowering the taste of your food. It is a light oil and can be used in salad without being heavy on the vegetables.
