It will ripped my son hair out , it does nothing but shred not crochet or anything health to your head its made for weave .

Product was everything it said to be. My son has some loose dreads at the end and this machine help gather his split dreads…. I’ve also installed dreads using this machine which cut down time and save my fingers from getting poked . I definitely recommend.

It works wonders

I was excited to add this tool to my collection at the shop but it didn’t work…. It doesn’t lock the hair. The needles are difficult to insert and bend so easily. I tried all settings all different speeds and couldn’t reattach locs, form new locs, nothing. It did however leave holes in my husbands locs and it caused breakage.

The product is not good for all types of hair textures. I attempted to dread my hair but unfortunately the machine cut chunks of my hair.

It served its purpose but it was hard to change out the crochet needles and when I was finally able to change them out the needles were too long to fit and end up getting broken once I turned on the machine for being too long.

I hate the fact there is nobody's there to help you when u have a problem can't reach manufacture
