I was very excited to get this solar fountain to help keep the water mixed up a little bit. We have a 16 foot above ground pool and this is pretty small in it. The unit would definitely be more beneficial in a smaller pond, birdbath, etc.Pros1) Colorful at night! The colors are vibrant and change enough to provide a pretty scene.2) Stays on pretty far into the night so long as it had enough sun during the day.3) Many different spray options4) Floats well without the arms protruded, even in heavy splashing.Cons1) This is my second unit. The first unit stopped charging and working after one day in the water (full sun all day for multiple days) and was returned, so I'm not sure how long this replacement unit will last. So far it's been going strong for 3 days, and that's with more clouds than sun.2) Pump isn't as strong as the pictures made it appear. It pumps the water a few inches from the base, but not as high as the pictures portray, or as high as other reviews have stated. Pump is clean, so not sure why the power's not there.Overall I like the fountain and would love to give it 5 stars, but I'm not sold on the longevity.

Looks good in my birdbath and like the colored lights in the evenings. Cannot comment on durability as only had for a month. Keep the filter clean ever few days if you get debris in your birdbath. I have purchased similar product over a year ago and it still works fine

I have this installed in my birdbath in the backyard. I go through one per year as the wires will corrode after about a year of use. The neoprene ring around the bottom allows the pump to float which what I DON'T WANT, so a gently removed it from the pump. Then I secure the pump in the middle of the birdbath with a couple of small smooth river rocks. It's glued on so take your time peeling it off. It comes with a bunch of nozzles, but they just spray water all over the place. In an hour your birdbath will be empty. So, I used nozzles from a previous purchase, and those work fine. I have to clean out the actual pump screen at the end of the day because the bird turds, feathers, and grass plug it up. The 3.5 V battery is a big improvement over the previous models, however, it only stays on for about an hour after sunset in the summer. In the winter, due to the lack of direct sunlight, it will shut off shortly before sunset.

Took over 24 hours to charge and start working to the lowest degree of expectancy. When it started working, and ONLY when in FULL sunlight, the fountain feature worked well and the height of the water spray was high and the bumpers helped to keep the device in a good place within the basin to which I had it set. That is where the good news ends. Whenever a cloud passed or during states of cloud cover, the spray would drop and return to sputtering. The battery feature at night, when in auto mode, was more of the same. Although the lights worked and were bright, the water spray dropped by more than half and, by the morning, we were back at having to wait another charging cycle with a sporadic sputtering water spout that just can't get back to what it was the 1st day we used it-used it.

Was so excited to receive this but I'm disappointed with the performance. LIghts come on at night but the fountain whether day or night only gurgles out of the spout. I"m not sure what the problem is. Seems like the attachments are not tight enough to work right. Might have to return.

...like the sound of fountain water sprinkling back into a bird bath. I have never before found any of the numerous solar-powered gadgets worth having - until now. This little marvel performs very nicely; frankly we underutilize it. An array of fountain heads is provided, most of which are a little too vigorous for this particular bird bath. Initially, the screen on the pump became clogged, a condition easily remedied and not repeated once I gave the bowl a quick scrub. Overall, it feels study, with the pump and battery well-insulated and set firmly on the underside of the solar panel. I can confirm the feature that disengages the pump whenever the water level gets too low, which I'm sure saves it from dry-sucking and failing. I may re-visit this review at some point to speak to its longevity. Until then...(So far, one finch seen fluttering in the spray. Hoping the hummingbirds take notice. Dreading one of the fat pigeons discovering it!)

Like many previews reviews we need to continually refill the birdbath with water. As an engineer I would like more information on the operation as it appears that there is a shutoff for low water but no indication in the instructions about this or what happens when it runs low on water.

This solar fountain pump has been an excellent addition to my outdoor space, particularly during the summer months. It functions seamlessly, and the colorful lights create an enchanting atmosphere at night. So far, the pump has been reliable and continues to be a lovely feature in my garden.

The media could not be loaded.  The fountain lacked power, the spray was virtually none existent, a weak spurt of water at best, this despite being in irect sunlight all day. It came with many nozzles most of which did not fit. The only good thing was the LED lights. The box was not sealed, so I have no idea if I got the 2023 model I ordered. Item repackaged after a few days and returned to seller.

Quando ho acquistato questa fontana la prima cosa che mi è venuta in mente di chiedermi era se avesse abbastanza batteria da funzionare tutta la notte e la risposta è stata positiva, nonostante le giornate con poco sole, questa fontana si è rivelata molto affidabile e funziona per tutta la notte.
