Pricey but provides relief in an easy to use and convenient package
I have no idea why there aren't better reviews on this! Yes, it is pricey but it is easy to use, convenient, and costs a lot less than having traction treatments done professionally! If you suffer from disc issues, I highly suggest this product! With this product, I now we'll be able to treat myself at home and have a more effective option than using a countertop, hanging over a ball, or upside down on an inversion table.I'm so glad I went with this over the saunders lumbar traction device. It is not small and weighs 32 lb!This can also be used with a partner so they can assist with traction and not injur their back.Thank you for making this and Amazon for carrying it!

So good to have a lower back traction unit that isn't scary to use!
My lower back has been a mess since I was young. So I have for the last 20 years tried to keep my core body strength in good shape and go see the chiropractor on a regular basis. In December I really threw it out. After x-rays, 7 or 8 weeks of PT (where manual lower back traction helped) I finally was able to get an MRI and yes, three slightly budged discs in my back. Instead of going back to PT I decided to try home traction. I live by myself, so an inversion table just seemed not the right choice. There were tables with a hand crank but that seemed a potential for further injury. I decided to try the one that was closest to the manual traction at my PT.Three days... and I felt sooo.... much better. I track my sleep; I have been tossing and turning all night due to the lower back pain. After three days, the tossing and turning was gone. The tightness in my back was gone. I'm on day 10 now and hope that once I'm done with the 21 days that this issue simply won't be an issue anymore. So, why four stars and not five? The waist belt is a bit funky to get into and lay back with. I only have one door in the house to do this with, that might be the problem but getting into it and laying back is not something for someone older or real severe back pain.If you have real severe back pain, go to PT and let them help. Otherwise, give this a try. I'm happy I did!

Good stretching and back decompression
I got sciatica issue, it is good for relief works super well. I used a lot other stuff for back decompression this one gotta be the best one, why- because it is relatively cheaper and you also can use it any time, not make appointments to go have back decompression, but use it anytime. 10/10 product!

Good Product, But Terrible Service
Great concept, good implementation, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I snapped one of the elastic bands/tubes TWICE. The first time they pointed me to a way to fix it myself, which wasn't too hard, but then THE SAME BAND BROKE AGAIN. When i contacted customer service again they ignored me. I had to seek out surgical tubing to replace their defective parts. They least they could've done was offer me replacement parts, but they IGNORED MY EMAILS. Because of their poor customer service I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
