fine mesh, good quality, but the magnets are SO weak. i had to attach this to my metal case with double sided tape. would not recommend.

I got this for a PC in a sometimes dusty environment (the garage) and the filters are good quality and attach easily and would definitely keep out a lot of dust but they had too big an impact on the airflow, way more than you would imagine to look at them. In the end I tested by blowing on my arm and then moving the filter in between and ... wow, you suddenly hardly feel a thing! Ultimately my fault for buying the wrong thing, but consider getting a less fine mesh version unless you know you really need that level of filter.
