Excellent supplements - they are the best Omega threes I have ever tried.

Expensive and not sure it is helping.
Perhaps I eat enough oily fish that I do not need it? As so many people recommend an Omega 3 supplement I thought I would test it. After two months I honestly do not know whether taking this supplement has been beneficial. It is expensive, so I will stop and see if I then notice any negative effects. It is quite a large capsule but easy enough to swallow. There is no taste when taking it, but definitely a fishy after-taste as it starts to digest, but not strong enough to be unpleasant.

I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. I am a great believer in fish oils for many different conditions. I suffer from extremely dry eyes in the summer. I guess it is a combination of sun, air-con, fans, and diet. I usually take Fish Oils and Borage Oil, which offer a great combination for the body. I am always on the lookout for good fish oil and this product is very good. It is a strong product at 1000mg with a relatively high (compared to my normal brand of fish oil) 220mg DHA and 330mg EPA. The problem is that you can buy stronger Omega3 tablets from other suppliers at a fraction of this price. I feel the product is good, but overpriced. Overall this is a good product that delivers a good dose of Omega 3 but it is too expensive.
