Works like magic
This product is awesome; I have a 3 year old cat and brought home a kitten recently to keep her company. After about a week of growls and hisses, despite my best efforts to introduce them slowly, I was recommended to try this diffuser. The difference it’s made is astonishing! No more worries about a fight breaking out, the cat is no longer being rough or rude to the kitten, and they’re even playing non stop!It may not work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me and my cats. For the price, it’s definitely worth trying, and if it works then it works like a miracle. Ordering another one for upstairs! You also can’t smell the diffused scent either, and it’s small enough that it can be kept out of the way in the hallway or something, so you’ll very quickly forget it’s there while your cats continue to get on.

Smells good but I don't know that it worked very well.
It smelled lovely but my cat was allergic to it. It made here eyes inflamed.

Almost as good!
Works almost as well as feliway optimum for my cat. Has calmed sibling tensions but not done much for her general anxiety. Plus side is the price!

Better than ‘the other brand’
Is it a placebo, who knows but it stopped my cats being d***s to each other, Feliway did not. I actually left one empty for 2 days and it made a difference, so regular monthly order now!

Burning smell
We have used this for a few years and never had a problem until the last couple of times when we get an awful burning smell if its left on for more than about 30 minutes. I emailed Beaphar and response was that I was wrong and it won't smell at all. Happened with 2 so know it wasn't just a one off and tried different plugs as well lots of other people have the same issue so they must have changed the formula or the bottle. Such a shame as worked better than Feliway but having to go back to it as the smell is awful.
