Disappointing results
This Nutricost Glucomannan supplement didn't meet my expectations. Despite taking it for over a month, I didn't experience any noticeable changes in my appetite or weight loss. Disappointing results for me.

Good stuff, kept me feeling full between meals, you gotta watch out its easy to forget to eat, make sure you eat. This is not a meal replacement. Also anything else that expands in your stomach (grains, chips, beer, ect.) could make you feel over full. I've done this a couple times now, it does not feel pleasant at all. After taking the supplement and cutting down on snaking and eating a healthier diet i lost about 10lbs during the time i was taking this bottle. I started off taking one before every meal and after a week of no ill side effects i took the 3 per meal as stated, i highly suggest doing this as some people have different side effects.
