Shockingly Great Product
I had been using a long cable and monitor and/or laptop for my KVM solution and kept looking at this product although hesitated because many KVM systems have mixed reviews. So happy I ended up getting this one. First, the quality of the screen and keyboard is great - up there with my X1 Thinkpad. The switching and compatibility is perfect - it works with everything I have in the rack. It's very compact in a rack. And the tech support is amazing. My arrived damaged (clearly due to the shipper, the box was completely deformed with parts hanging out) -- but the manufacturer worked with me to get a replacement for the damaged part. Moreover, they looked at ways to improve the part and packaging based on the feedback. Amazing company!

Works Great Right Out of the Box
We tried a different brand which was more expensive and could not connect it to our devices. After days with the vendor and manufacturer to no avail, we returned it. I found this product and BAM, It worked right out of the box with no issues and it was so easy to install (one person vs multiple). This is a GREAT Product. Would recommend to anyone. Screen Display is clear and easy to read, instructions are simple, and swapping between devices is as easy as touching the different buttons on the KVM.

Broke in 9 months with no use for 8 months
UPDATE: Broke after 9 months of usage. DO NOT BUY!Original Review:I have this in my home lab and was disappointed to learn that the mouse doesn't work with Dell LifeCycle Manager. I have to use tabs. If you move the mouse, it just opens the help menu, which can be very annoying sometimes.Overall, its decent, nothing great. Not working in Dell menus is a big con to me. Works fine when in an OS so just be warned it will not work on Dell server management systems.

Excellent KVM Console – Solid Build, Great Display, All-in-One Convenience!
I purchased the MT-VIKI Rack Mount HDMI KVM Console for our server rack setup in the data center, and it’s been performing flawlessly. If you’re managing multiple servers in a rack environment and want a clean, integrated solution, this is the one to get.🔧 Key Highlights:Sharp 1080p Display: The 17.3" LCD delivers crisp, clear resolution with vibrant colors—much better than the older VGA-based KVMs. Full 1080p support is perfect for modern systems.All-in-One Convenience: Built-in keyboard, touchpad, and 8-port KVM switch mean no clutter and no fumbling with extra gear. Just slide it out, flip it up, and you’re in.1U Slim Profile: Fits seamlessly in our 19” server rack with minimal space usage. The sliding rails work smoothly, and it locks securely when not in use.HDMI + OSD + Hotkey Support: HDMI input is a huge upgrade over older analog setups. On-screen display (OSD) and hotkeys make it easy to switch between servers quickly.Cables Included: Big plus—comes with 8 quality KVM cables out of the box, saving time and money. They’re labeled and long enough for most 1U or 2U server setups.👎 Minor Downsides:Touchpad Sensitivity: The touchpad is a bit stiff and old-school. Functional, but not as smooth as a modern laptop. We use an external mouse occasionally when doing extended work.Fan Noise: There's a faint hum from the internal cooling fan. Not loud, but worth noting in quieter setups.

Works well, sturdy and functional.
This is probably the best price performance value on a 8 port KVM/ LCD monitor I've ever encountered. It works really well. The slide rails are very smooth and there's quality construction throughout. The layout of the buttons on it are really well done. The only negative thing I could say about it Is that it has a protective film on the LCD display and it is nearly impossible to get off.Other than that, pretty happy with it.

Works well
This KVM with monitor works very well. I did have one issue after a little over a year. The unit would start beeping and would not respond. Power in off and waiting a few minutes before turning it on, would solved the issue few a day or so. I contacted [email protected]. They said it was likely the 12V power adapter. They immediately send one out and it did solve the issue.
