24 Pcs Capsicum Plaster Capsaicin Patch (7.09 * 4.72 in), Porous Capsicum Heat Plaster

If you find the capsicum plasters that are available over the counter in American pharmacies to be feeble and disappointing in the heat/adherence/longevity departments, these might meet your needs. These are a pretty solid alternative to my favorite capsicum plasters. They are large patches, but can be cut down if an smaller plaster is desirable. They generate a lot of heat that lasts a long time; they get me through my commute, a full shift at work, and my commute home. And they stay in place well. Odor/Fragrance Free. As with any plasters like these, I recommend removing them in the shower after letting the soap and hot water weaken the adhesives connection to your skin. My favorite capsicum plasters are branded "Rheumaplasts" and are only available in Europe. My mom was a flight attendant and would bring them back from Germany for me. I am able to obtain them via Amazon Deutsch, but sometimes the shipping makes the price kind of high relative to product quantity/weight/packing. Odorless/fragrance free, POWERFULLY HOT, LONNNNNNG LASTING, can be cut down to smaller sizes, stay put, rabidly reactivate in the presence of moisture (if you plan on a shower assisted removal, either wait till patch is over 24hrs old, or brace yourself to try and not scream when the water hits it.)

I have been using this since October 2023 . So far I have ordered 10 packs of 24pc ( almost 1 pack per month). When I started to use them they were great. Just enough heat, good adhesive , not smelly, I could use them under my clothes without anyone noticing that I have any patch on me, and worked for me and my shoulder pain. I used them on my knee, back and shoulders but mostly shoulder. If one whole patch was too much I would cut them and experiment to see how big of a piece I would need . But the order of October and December 2024 the manufacturer must have charged something in the ingredients % because the smell is so powerful that is unbearable . My guess would be that they added more capsicum to be more potent because people complained that is not strong enough . My opinion is that they had a good product and well balanced but now has a very powerful smell, soon as you open the patch the smell takes over the whole area (room). Unfortunately I can not use them anymore and I have to find a different patch that works for me.

I bought these for my lower back muscles that I pulled to try. They give off a pretty strong burning sensation that starts about an hour after you apply and lasts anywhere between 2-6 hours. The burning did not bother me at all as I have a high tolerance but may bother someone else. It really is worth it though, I applied the patch in the morning before work and left it on all day until I got home (a full 8-9 hours) and I have also left them on overnight while I have slept. I HIGHLY recommend applying lotion to the area before applying the patch as it is hard to get off and does hurt the skin a little while peeling it off. Although there are a few downsides it is worth it and numbs the pain pretty well (better than lidocaine) which is why I gave it 4 stars.

These patches work perfectly for my sciatic and knee pain. They do heat up but works perfectly for me.

love capsaicin! this is nice heat, and it does stay stuck and hot for a long time. A bit too sticky for hairy spots, but just shave if it's more than fuzzy.
