I like these a lot but they are a bit expensive. Overall test really good.

Incredible! Took a chance in hopes it’d be like the jerky I had as a kid…50 odd years ago… Did NOT disappoint! It’s difficult to find crispy & thin beef jerky because the market is saturated with wanna-be’s. The taste was excellent & it will be great to take out into the field…IF it lasts that long! Would like to see a hickory-smoked version & I will gladly be your taste-tester because I am truly a beef jerky connoisseur. Also understand that I live within a mile of a pretty famous place/chain in Texas which is supposedly known for its jerky… Nothing they have even comes close!

I’m always searching for a good meat snack, but usually end up dissatisfied. Beef jerky is okay but it’s too chewy and sometimes you just end up gnawing on a piece for a while and have to spit it out. Next I paid ridiculous prices for the Biltong air-dried style jerky and it was literally nothing but gristle. I had to spit the entire bag out as it was inedible. Meat sticks are okay but they get kind of boring after a while because you’re looking for some kind of texture. These are completely different, light and airy with the meat flavor and a satisfying crunch. Ordering my second batch tonight.

This is the dryest, worst tasting jerky I have ever had, its a marvel how not only is it not crispy, but it's also so dry it makes civil war biscuits (hardtack) taste fluffy. If you're imagining what it tastes like, imagine if you left a piece of jerky on the floor of a hot car for so long that it's practically established it's own ecosystem. I was hopeful that it'd be a good snack but I decided after one taste to feed it to my dog, but even he refused to eat it, and I've seen him eat random poop on the sidewalk. Don't make the same mistake I did, don't buy this, all I have now is a decision on whether I can throw this garbage away or if I should cremate it so that no animal has to taste this abomination.

I was really hoping I’d love these beef crisps because they’re the most affordable of four brands I’ve tried with similar products. I need clean protein snacks but don’t enjoy the texture and long ingredient lists of traditional jerky. I’ve found the thin and crispy varieties to be the most satisfying. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this product to have the crisp and crunch that I’d hoped for. The ingredients are simple (beef, water, salt), but the salt ratio was off in my opinion. These tasted more bland compared to their competitors who use the same ingredients. I don’t think I’d buy this product again.

These are not really very satisfying. They are crispy, but they are thin. And you don’t get enough flavor out of them to really make them worth eating. And they’re kind of pricey.

Not good. Taste like dog food, and I've never tasted dog food!
