Best investment ever!!!
Our AC went out for 3 weeks! YIKES! It was hot, someone recommended a portable AC, so we checked around & compared BTU's & pricing. Seems Amazon offered the best in both! They kept us cool until our new AC was installed.

Cooling
Air conditioning had gone out and I needed another one for a bedroom. It worked great. Size was perfect for the bedroom, cooling was great Highly recommend

Not so cool
The tubing falls off a lot, sometimes without knowing, therefore sending hot air out. It's pretty loud and takes up more space than I thought. Not as powerful as I thought. The air doesn't really move so you only feel it if you're right in front of it. Easy to install. Love the remote control and not having to put an AC in my window. No leakage so far, it's been 1-2 years. Good for a small room, maybe use a fan to move air around.

The different or shaped windows.
My window is 28 inches wide and open vertical. The window compartment main panel and they adjustment pieces are 25 and 3/4 inches long. Which means I would have to cut 8.5 inches off the extension piece. Because it blocks the opening on the main panel. Help please! I am giving it a 1 review and it will update it after I get past this snuff.

stopped working didnt have it for a month
its a great product dont get me wrong it is i was very happy at first then it stopped working, i bought this for our bedroom upstairs for the weekends because it can get hot upstairs. it worked great the first then the second weekend it just stopped blowing cold air, so we waited until Sunday to see if it would blow cold and it didnt so we opted to return it. I did watch videos on YouTube to see what the issue would be, i saw a few and read some reviews and saw that people was having the same issue not from this seller but in general so we just returned it but great product nonetheless.
