The height is (unsurprisingly) the standard 36" which is required by the regulations of the game. The length fits prefectly between the 2 posts which are, presumably, set to the regulation distance on your court? In other words just over 36 feet.

Fwhat ? It’s a standard centre of net strap. About 2” wide and adjustable height to get your tennis court just right. Seems well made to me...

Does it come with the swivel & hook?

No swivel, but has a hook. Because it’s adjustable the swivel isn’t needed. Our club finds these bands work much better!
