These Amazon Basics pencils are excellent! They write smoothly, sharpen well, and hold up great through lots of use. In my opinion, they’re very close to the Ticonderoga pencils but at a much better price. Perfect for school or the office definitely worth it!

My favorite pencils. For my mischievous junior high school students, they are very durable. They are reasonably priced and offer great value for money. They are standard-sized pencils. The pre-sharpened design makes them very convenient to use.

These are just as good as “name brand” #2 pencils! They come pre-sharpened which is very convenient. The grip feels great and normal. The lead is strong and isn’t too soft. All ages use these pencils in our home and are preferred over mechanical pencils because the lead doesn’t break as easily (especially for young writers). Lastly, it’s nice that it’s such a large quantity because someone is always seeming to misplace their pencil. Having a large box to draw from is convenient.

These pencils are an absolute staple in my back-to-school shopping. Great quality, write smoothly, and don’t break every five seconds like some of the cheap ones out there.They’ve become my go-to gift for every teacher at the start of the year—useful, reliable, and a total bargain.
