Is this product GMO free???

While the genetic differences between GMO and non-GMO crops pose no danger to humans, the concern is how those crops are treated. Primarily, did the genetic modification make the crop resistent to the Round-Up herbicide (allowing the all the plants field to be sprayed) and does its residue remain in the product?

According to Bob's website, they no longer make the organic version of the TVP. I could not make sense of what they said about GMO; I would contact Bob's Red Mill directly to ask about that.

I cannot find any information on where the TVP is produced. However, I did notice that it is processed and handled in their gluten-free facility. Which I assume is in Milwaukie Oregon I’m sorry that’s the best I can do. I think you’ll have to call them and ask them. They are really good about answering those kinds of questions on the phone, which is seldom ever very busy.
