Just used this after ordering yesterday. This ricer hold a good bit of potato and rices quite easily. I got it as I don't have stength to mash potatoes. This is easier than mashing potatoes and they come out smooth but you still need a certain amount of strength to do it. It is easy to clean and comes with two blades. I would buy again

The product does exactly what it is supposed to do - rices potatoes and it does a great job. This is the only way I will be making mashed potatoes in the future. My only complaint is that the ricer itself is a bit cumbersome and bulkier than need be (long large handles). That makes it a bit awkward to handle and difficult to find a suitable storage place if you are short on space to begin with.

I bought this to purée baby food. I found a food processor chopped rather than mashed. The 2 sizes of masher is great I'm currently using the smallest and it copes with most veg as long as there nice and soft. When she needs coaxed food I will progress onto the larger masher. It seems strong and washes up well either by hand or dishwasher. Long term it makes lovely mash potatoes.

This ricer is listed as deluxe and given the quality of it I agree with the description. The ricer is made of sturdy plastic with 2 metal grating pads. I never use the larger hole size as I find the small one is ideal for mashed potato. The ricer is very easy to use and is dishwasher safe so easy to clean.

We have bought this for a friend as she says that she can never get smooth, creamy mashed potatoes so she doesn't make it, we already have one of these and it's fab, easy to use especially with the clip that goes over the bowl to keep it in place while your putting the potatoes through, a must-have kitchen gadget.

Easy to assemble, disassemble and clean, and much more solid than the stainless steel model it replaced which crumpled on first use. Results are excellent, lovely lump free mash. If you're catering for more than two people you may find the mash needs reheating in the microwave by the time you've finished, but I'm sure that would apply to any model. The little arm which allows you to rest the ricer on a pan or bowl is useful. Recommended.
