Moulinex Cuisine Companion Multi-Functional Food Processor

I blamed the suppliers for taking four weeks to get it to me, but in the end it was a combination of GLS and parcel force. Started using it last night. Instructions not exactly clear so have some experimenting to do, but so far I love it. My recipe book (beautiful) is in French and there are lots of recipes on line from Australia if you look up under Tefal Cusine Companion.

When I first got this magical machine I tried some of the simpler recipes and was disappointed because the results bore only a slight resemblance to the orthodox versions. As I got more and more used to it, however, I realized that with a little bit of tweaking it was possible to produce quite acceptable meals. BUT what fun it is to use and the more recipes I try out, the more successful the results. I do have one caveat - the Cuisine Companion does not replace a multitude of kitchen gadgets - I still could not do without my food processor. It is an expensive product and perhaps a bit of an extravagance but it is incredibly versatile and easy to use and with perseverance and experimentation the results can be quite spectacular. Today for instance I produced a very creditable beef bourgignon and a plain white loaf, with very little effort indeed. At 88 I was beginning to get tired of cooking but the Cuisine Companion has not only lightened the load but has brought back fun into the kitchen

This is an excellent machine does everything and more than I wanted, but be wary this comes from Italy and whilst the instructions can be found in English, the recipe book is in Italian, great if you speak the language! This should be made plain the the details.

Just finished using Cuisine Companion for a week. You only need one if you like making - Blended soups - Some specific French sauces like Hollandaise sauce - Risotto/Polenta - Some specific desserts like custard - Babyfood For everything else there are better options, resulting in much better results - Cooking rice, use a rice cooker, multi cooker or a normal pan - Stewing, use your cast iron pot or multi cooker. - Stir Frying, use your wok - Cooking vegetables, use your microwave - Steaming, a wok or steam pan is much easier.

veramente utile, lavoro e ho tre figli, la sera organizzo i pasti del giorno dopo e mentre lui cuoce io riesco a sedermi sul divano!!! Quando ho tempo preparo sughi, faccio dolci per la colazione e merenda il pane la pasta per la pizza spezzatini ecc.... e surgelo. Riesco a improvvisare cene ad ok con un risotto o una pasta veloce e non riempio la cucina di padelle. Consigliato a tutti!!

Je l utilise tous les jours

Pensionato, solo (con 4 cani.. bé, mica tanto solo!), pigro... cucinare solo per sé é una gran noia. Va a finire che mangio quello che mi capita, con la conseguenza di una dieta sbilanciata. Il Cuisine Companion ce l'ho da solo tre giorni e all'inizio non ci capivo molto, poi ho cominciato ad usarlo. Maionese, facile e ottima, risooto ottimo... il resto verrà. L'unico problema é quello di avere in dispensa e nel frigo gli ingredienti giusti per le ricette, altrimenti spazio alla fantasia! Ottimo prodotto e consegna da parte BRT in tre giorni lavorativi.

très déçu ne fonctionne plus au bout de 5 mois

El equipo funciona perfectamente y responde a sus características. Comparándolo con otras marcas, incluso es superior, aunque no incorpora pesaje de ingredientes. Es muy fácil adaptar recetas creadas para otros equipos. El diseño es moderno y elegante y su funcionamiento muy simple e intuitivo. El hecho de podre cocinar a 130º mejora las sofritos. Es muy silencioso. Gran tamaño de cuba. La razón de la falta de puntuación es que me ha decepcionado que el libro de recetas viene en Italiano. Al registrarme en el Club Companion Español, el número de serie me dice que no es válido. Lo estoy discutiendo con Moulinex. No entiendo que Amazon no informe de que no es un producto para el mercado español. Muchas gracias,
