I had hotdogs in mine for 4 hrs at a lower temp. They were great.
Works great! Easy assembly. Also easy to clean.

Buy it!!
What a time saver for any party!! Bought the larger option that holds up to 30 hot dogs and this thing did not disappoint. It was fast to cook, warmed buns, and surprisingly easy to clean. I wish we had this years ago. The only thing I'm afraid if now is figuring out where I'm going to store this until the next party. Buy it!!

10/10 will put wieners on it again.
First off the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is the some of the glass came scratched up.Tonight, is her maiden voyage. We're doing hot links and cheese brats. I've got room to spare using the big dogs which was why I upgraded to this. Large ones you have to use every other roller or they'll collide. This solves that.Starting off, she had a pretty bad grunt to it... I attributed this to it being new, but after letting it run 30 or so, I decided to break out my level, and the area where I had it was not perfectly level... maybe a wadded up tissue could have fixed it, but instead I moved it a bit to the left where I knew we were good, and the gronk is gone. Shouldn't be that sensitive to leveling but hey, it's working. It's got plastic/rubber? bushing on each side of the rollers that often prefer to NOT stay in place, and as per the manual, yea first fire up is a bit stinky, but it doesn't last long.Temp achieves pretty fast, and the hood keeps heat in pretty well. I find I have to occasionally re-add grease to the rollers or things want to try and stick a little bit, but after an hour of lettin'er go slow, no issues at all.. I got half a mind to buy some of those LED strips or some such and add those to the glass just for a more gas station special effect lolAssembly wasn't bad, but the screws were cross threaded by some dummy at factory, but they still went in the hole. At least I know how to run a tap and die. My warming rack came bent, but that's nothing a bench vice, two beers, and a quick whack won't fix.It works, it's kinda charming, and it's kinda fun walking past the literal thing I see at the gas station every day on the way home with those good looking dogs on it.. only I don't have to touch other peoples boogers. It comes with a pair of kinda cheap tongues, and a couple lowes special horse hair paint brushes for applying your oil. It works, don't fight it, it works lol

Just Like an Old School Gas Station
Sometimes you just buy things and you don't really know why. Not sure why I got this thing. Probably a combination of my undying love and relentless obsession with authentic Detroit Coney dogs (and hot dogs in general) and our love of entertaining people. We've used this thing several times now and we absolutely love it. It's certainly a crowd pleaser when watching football games at a home tailgate, parties and just general hanging out with friends and our college aged kids and their friends (who think it's hilarious that we have one of these things). Putting it together is sort of a pain in the neck and the instructions that come with it are next to useless. If you get to a point in the assembly process where it seems like they sent you the wrong parts because nothing seems to fit correctly, don't fret. You can use a little muscle to make everything fit the way it's supposed to. Just be careful not to break the glass. It is a little bit of a chore to clean the weird hot dog juices off of the rollers (and maybe I should spray them down with nonstick spray or something before adding the hot dogs) but it isn't really too bad. Even the weird gunk that that one left-over, mummified hot dog, way in the back, that you discover at the end of the night leaves behind isn't too difficult to clean up. Now we're thinking about expanding our menu to add gas station burritos, taquitos and Tornados although you could use it for lots of things like spring and egg rolls. I guess you could probably use it for anything that's tube shaped that needs rolling and heating. All in all a great, simple product.

Love this!
I’m a 100% disabled Veteran. Some days, standing for more than a couple of minutes is impossible. This allows me to put the hot dogs on ahead of time, and then get them ready in minutes with minimal standing or effort.Tip-Set heat on 160°F and they will “warm for a couple of hours”. When ready to eat, turn up to 350° and they will finish cooking quickly. Turn back down, or move to back rollers at 160 to keep from continuing to cook
