Q: How sweet is this vinegar? I have bought syrupy vinegars that are too sweet for my taste. My hunch is that it is swee if the shelf life is only 3 mont

The item pictured is our glaze, not a vinegar. The ingredient list states it is 60% Balsamic Vinegar and 15% Raspberry Juice. There is Glucose syrup and dextrose in smaller quantities. Taste is very subjective; what is "sweet" to one person may not read as "sweet" to another. The product does not state that it has a shelf life of 3 months. The product should be refrigerated after opening and has a Best By date on the label.
