does this work on neckties without leaving a mark?

I haven't tried it on neckties. I tried it on tulle dresses with satin linings and it worked perfectly!!!

Will this take turmeric stains out of white polyester?

We have never tried it for that. You'll just have to try. I did Google how to remove turmeric stains from polyester and alcohol and vinegar were recommended.

How long does one pen last?

Don't know since I have only used it twice.

My clothes have a stain that I can't remove for almost a month, can this product be used on clothes that have been stained for a while?

No idea. The instructions tell you how to use the product on a fresh stain. My guess - and it’s only a guess - is that the older the stain, especially if the garment has already been laundered, the harder it will be for OxiClean to remove it. But - you’ve got nothing to lose, so try it.
