I loved everything about this coat! Just wished it was a tad bit warmer for very cold temps. I will use for lots of days, but not the coldest in the Northeast.

It seems to be made well for the price. It is tight in the upper arm and shoulder area even though I ordered the size I normally wear. Medium. Middle aged women tend to have chubbier arms and it would be nice if manufacturers recognized that. I can’t wear this over say a sweater or thick shirt or it would be too tight. It fits pretty good over a thinner shirt. The length is perfect as I’m 4 ft 11 1/2 tall and I wanted something to go mid calf and it does on me. The knit cuffs on the sleeves keep them from falling over my hands which annoys me, so I was glad about that. The collar is great but the hood is HUGE and flops down and messes with my glasses and line of sight so I generally don’t wear it. Not a fan of the bright orange on the inside, but zipped up you can’t see it. It zips easily and stays on most hangers without zipping up. Having this coat has helped me continue my walking routine through the winter. Lightweight enough to not weigh me down, while keeping me warm even below freezing. Over all I’m satisfied. I would like for them to make one with more room in the upper arm area though.

I wanted to like this coat, warm and beautiful color. I ordered 2 of them and they both had an unpleasant musty odor. Even hung one outside overnight in cold weather. Odor still there

Me:5'4"39-27-3930I138 lbsSo here's my take on the odd sizing of this coat. I am usually a small and I ordered a small -- a medium definitely would have been way too big. As it is, the small is too big overall because I prefer winter jackets to still be somewhat form flattering (and I don't usually wear giant, bulky sweaters.) I know some people prefer comfort above form, but that's not me -- I want both. Being petite-ish doesn't give me a lot of wiggle room to play with sizes, either. If you're taller, you can get away with that.The chest isn't the issue (I measured it at 19.5/20"" pit to pit and that's big for a size small); it's that the armholes are cut too high. Even if I'd gotten a medium, they would have felt higher than usual. Not necessarily tight, but high (think: side seam getting closer to the armpit than one might be used to or enjoy.)I would exchange for an X-Small to get the chest a little smaller (Im used to slightly squished boobs for the sake of fashion) but bottom line, the length of both the jacket and the arms aren't flattering on my 5'4" height. Four inches shorter on the jacket and 2-3" shorter on the arms would have been perfect (then it would look like the model, on me.) Maybe Orolay will start making petite sizes with all their success, then I'd try this one again because I did like the style.If you're on the taller side, I think this would work a lot better for you. And if you don't care at all about form-fitting/length, then this will work for you, too.BTW, I think the orange accents on the strings is leather -- which was a nice surprise. I was expecting vinyl or something cheap.

Great coat love it! Comes to my knees and keeps me so warm and dry even in very wet weather!

Nice weight/thickness. Not too heavy but definitely warm. Great quality, attention to detail. I’m one of those people who pulls my sleeves of whatever I’m wearing to make sure my wrists are covered when I put my coat on - this coat has built in cuffs at the end. Like I said attention to detail LOL the little things matter and you can tell the thought if everything! Coat is long but pockets are at the right height. Just a-line enough to sit comfortable in car when it’s zipped. I’m in climate-change-confused Georgia and sometimes the weather randomly feels like the northeast in the winter - this is exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. Armpits miiiiiiight get a little tight if you have too many layers underneath because the coat is kinda fitted. But it’s warm enough that you shouldn’t need too many layers.

A very attractive coat and I'm glad I bought it. Nice and warm. I am 130 pounds and 5ft. 8" and got large fits nicely. I could have even bought x large but I don't like to wear extra sweater under coat as I find than too heavy. You won't regret buying, well worth the money.

Not very warm. I was definitely feeling a chill through it at only -15c. I’ll definitely have to layer underneath to get through an Edmonton winter.Otherwise it’s well made, and feels like good quality. Looks exactly like the picture. It looks good on. The zipper works well and zips easily.I’m 5’4” and 155 lbs and the Medium fits great. Maybe size down if you’re harrower in the shoulders because the body is quite roomy while the shoulders fit well.
