Rear Front Side View Camera for Car

It's very sturdy, I was surprised by that. I actually used this as a more affordable alternative to the night vision spycams and I'm very happy with it. As I said I'm not using it as a back up camera but it is outside exposed to the elements(Midwest USA so all of them). Now considering that it's been on constantly for well over a month and just gets warm to the touch I'm guessing it's bulletproof when used for its intended purpose. Kit came with mounting bracket you can secure with either 2 screws or mounting tape to avoid making alterations to the vehicle. Or if you are a perfectionist they included a surprisingly high quality countersink type bit that drills a hole the perfect size for the camera to be mounted seamlessly. 5 stars all day.

i was replacing a failed unit that was not supplied by another some years ago. i had to use the hole saw to slightly increase the hole size to fit it but it worked well. clarity is good and have not yet checked the night vision clarity. Overall very pleased with the value for the price and the completeness of the kit.

Great little camera for as cheap as it is, not to of the line but what do you expect for the price, it works every time

These worked for the first week fairly good, now it is grainy and sometimes doesnt even work.

I used these in a church application so I could watch a monitor that I couldn't see otherwise. They worked. Image is OK for the application and price was reasonable for what I needed. You get what you pay for and if you want a really clear image, you need to look further.

I cut the green wire to reverse the camera image based on what the item description said. I wanted the distance lines and set up as a front camera but when I cut the green wire it did not reverse the image and took away the distance lines which I wanted. The white wire actually reversed the image and green wire takes away distance lines which is opposite as described on item description. The wires are so small I’m unable the reconnect green wire to have the camera as I intended. Now I’m stuck with a camera that I don’t want and have to waste more time with the return process. Update- they sent a new replacement camera promptly and just cut white wire to reverse camera image. It’s working fine now and it’s a good camera for the money for sure. Would by again now I know just to cut green and white wire opposite in the items description.

I was able to use this backup camera to fix my RV side view voyager camera. I used the original mount and aluminum housing just had to drill it out to make this little camera fit into it. Soldered the three wires red to red. Yellow to yellow for video, and black to black for ground using the original proprietary plugs so it plugs right into the original Voyager harness. camera looks just as good as the original. It is shown in black and white since my screen is black and white but it works just fine. Great little camera so far.

Great super small camera. Not the greatest at night as no night vision IR is available. But 2 mounting options is nice and long cables even better. Clear clean images

Bad resolution at day light and worst at night

The picture quality is quite very clear and appreciable, but there is no night view light in front view camera.
