This stuff is the real deal. Not (Nesquik Chocolate Powder), this is real Organic Raw Cacao & it is GrGrGreat (He-He). I love this in a full glass of Vanilla Almond milk with a couple of tablespoons of (  Madhava Organic Agave Nectar - Light, 46-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2)  ) & all of this together makes a fine rich high quality glass of cocoa that I use to go & drink at a little coffee shop in my home town of Chicago, but it was topped with whipped whip cream that I would love also that is if I can find a healthier version of whip cream somewhere. Instead I whip 100 percent plain Greek yogurt with (one of my healthy pure natural raw sweeteners) that I blend in my small little magic bullet type blender to make my version of healthy whip cream to top it off with. This stuff is the best, so just buy some & you will be hooked & you will never use that (Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix) ever again. Plus you can cook with this & even put in your coffee or make chocolate candy out of it. What I am trying to say is this is your total replacement for other chocolates out there because this is simply the best. Go & get some!Update 3-23-2013: Here is a healthy recipe that I made up for my self to make a Chocolate Shake.I have been making a healthy chocolate milkshake out of 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 avocado, 3 tablespoons of  Certified Organic, Raw Cacao Powder, From Peru 1# , 1 tablespoon of  Wheatgrass Powder - Organic & Farm Fresh - Sixteen Ounces (1 lb) , ice, spring water & organic, raw honey or ( Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar, 16-Ounce (Pack of 6) , Stevia,  Madhava Organic Agave Nectar - Light, 46-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2)  or organic raw sugar cane sugar) to sweeten & sometimes I add ( 2 tablespoons of plain 100 percent Greek yogurt when I am taking probiotics). I just add all of this to my blender pitcher & then I chop & blend it all until I have the consistency of a creamy chocolate milkshake & it is good & it makes a full pitcher of shake. The amount of shake depends on how much spring water that you add.

I love the bitter taste of chocolate, so I did some research on cocoa and found mostly positive reviews of raw cocoa. I did however find one negative review saying that theobromine, the primary stimulant in cocoa, is unhealthy and has similar side-effects as caffeine. I got the powder anyways to dispel the mystery myself. While I did have a small crash afterwards (after 3 tablespoons), the surge in energy that I felt was definitely worth it. It was not the jittery surge I was warned about, and the crash actually helps me sleep if I time it right. Not to mention the taste is so good (and yet mild) that I could eat it by the spoonful on its own. Thinking that was the end of it, I also ordered cocoa nibs. Terrible mistake. I don't know exactly why, but I got the exact side-effects I was warned about, not to mention the energy was lower in quality. This is definitely the better alternative.

I make my own chocolate and experience showed the cacao from Peru is the tastiest. I had Wilderness before and ordered it again, because it was organic and from Peru,. I got a bag from a company called 'Halaleveryday'. It is organic, but did not say where it comes from. I complained. and they immediately send me a refund. but because it is food, they can't take it back. while I could not give it back, I decided to give it a try. it is indeed very good tasting cacao powder, which I will buy in the future.

It’s not as strong as what I’m used to, it only takes a little bit of sugar to get sweet, that’s a benefit health wise 😉 but it’s hard to tell it’s chocolate.

Mist cocoa powder such as this one, claim to be raw 100% natural. Where all the oil went to? The oil in cocoa is rich in vitamin E. They took all out and sale you something dry yet expensive, while they extract all the good thing to make other products. They do it even to cocoa nibs.

I really wanted chocolate from Peru but right on the label it says Ecuador. Still good though.

I was looking for some cacao powder so I could make some almond joy type candy. I wasn't sure which to get, so took a chance with this.The packaging that was delivered said "Healthworks" on the package.It was EXCELLENT! Perfect consistency and taste. I've just ordered 2 more to give to family members. The price is very good compared to some other brands and quality is #1.Don't hesitate to buy this.
