Added a star, now 5 stars. Inexpensive. Sounds good. Using for over a year now!
Been using for over a year now. Add durability to the Pros column! Went from 4 to 5 stars in my opinion.Good clean sound transmission. Batteries last long enough to get the job done.Pros:Price/quality ratio- as with most Amazon Basics items, you're getting a good deal on a quality bit of gear.Clear transmission of signalLightweight- throw these in a gig bag pocket and you cant tell the weight differenceBatteries- hang in there for the whole gig.Cons:Button placement- if you go to switch off the transmitter between sets, or reach to unplug it when changing guitars, there's a good chance you'll tap the button that changes radio frequencies.Latency- It's not bad, but perceptible, especially with a modeler/effect that also has some latency.Interference- I have to put my wireless IEM pack on the opposite side of my body, otherwise I hear something like a loud mosquito buzzing in the IEMs. Annoying, but workable.Bottom line,:Good value for the money if you are mindful of the quirks.I think my next wireless will be analog. In that case, I'll be trading near-pristine sound quality for zero latency. Update: I'm still sticking with this, because it just works, and works well.

git rid of your guitar chord.
It worked well. I'm using it at an assisted living facility in a small meeting room with 20 to 25 folks. Solo guitar with a UHF wireless headset mic into a small 6 channel mixer and a mackie thump go. The sound of the guitar was natural and no dropouts even though the distance is a few feet not 100s of feet. I mainly bought it so that I wouldn't have any cords on the floor and that was accomplished and I'm happy with it.

Works great for the price; one minor user-interface issue
This is a great product. The latency is impressively low. There seems to be an ever-so-slight amount of distortion to the signal (versus using a cable), but I kind of like that, for my bass. I also appreciate how low-profile the shape is—it doesn’t stick too far out from the instrument. I wish the channel select button had been placed farther away from the on/off switch, or possibly on the other side of the device. Changing the channels is, in my opinion, a “set it and forget it” operation that should be either automatic, or done once. Yet every time I bend down to my pedal board to switch the receiver off at the end of my practice, I end up accidentally pressing the channel-select button, which creates a new problem for me to solve the next time I rehearse. But that is a minor issue, and otherwise I’m real happy with this device.

Well worth the price
Wow, what a pleasant surprise. This unit, at a fraction of the price of more touted systems, performs perfectly well. In a small, home environment, that is. If that's your use case by all means buy this over the $150 competitor.Yes, it feels cheap and lightweight. Maybe it won't last forever. But at the price it is completely worth considering.

Sounds good.
Performed as advertised. Better than expected for the price. Would recommend and buy again.

Works much better than expected
I charged both units as recommended, and used these to connect wirelessly to a powered speaker in an outdoor setting, using my Ovation acoustic/electric and a quality powered speaker. The distance between my guitar and the speaker was perhaps 20 feet or so. I turned both and they connected easily without any need to change channels. The guitar came through the speaker with excellent quality and volume, remained solid through a 90 minute performance. The receiver was obviously behind the powered speaker, so there was no "line of sight" per se. I would highly recommend this system for anyone in a similar need. However, we had no other wireless units in the area so that would be one area of caution, IMHO, if there were wireless mics etc. I was very pleasantly surprised! Then yesterday used these units to connect my Ovation acoustic/electric to a DI box to a church house system. It worked flawlessly , with the only caveat that there must be a battery save feature, such that when I did not use the guitar for a period of time, the transmitter disconnected from the receiver. But there is nothing in the instructions that mention this. We were however very pleased that the sound quality was perfect, exactly as the guitar sounded naturally, nothing changed by the wireless. Would highly recommend, but would also suggest Amazon needs to flesh out features etc. I am very pleased and others should consider this.

Great for the price and for convenience at home, but it's limited in use
I play Electric Upright Bass. It's a model SLB300PRO for reference. My bass is low impedance and with active electronics. I had no issues with distortion, clipping, headroom, noise, etc. So it works great with active pickups/active electronics. For me these are perfect for use at home. I don't have to run a long cord across my living room. I also had the idea of using it before rehearsals as a way of dialing in my sound because I could unplug my cable and use the wireless and be able to stand FOH.I have a PA system as my living room speakers which double as a sound system when I want to play. Before, I'd have to run cords across and cleanup the cords afterwards. The cords also tended to snag on things. My biggest issue is that I can tell there is a tiny bit of latency there. That for me is enough for me to not want to use them unless I really don't want to deal with the cords. I do like the fact that I can turn off the transmitter and the sound is dead silent. It's like having a built in mute box.For FOH it's worth it just for that. However, the frequency response isn't flat. It's fairly flat but I can tell there is a some loss of response and accuracy around the 150-350Hz range. It's close enough that I can use it for this and just keep in mind that I need to compensate for the frequency response.I figured for the price I think I'll keep it.Pro:RechargeableDecent soundPriceCons:Short Battery LifeVery slight but perceptible Latency
