Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas Is You [DVD]

First off I would like to address the bad reviews that have obviously been written by obtuse adults who have ignorant children. So much so they claim they had to stop the movie and talk to their children? Seriously? If that is even remotely true, which I believe it's not, then it is obvious that those parents have raised the most ridiculous, stupid and incapable children on the planet.This movie was beyond adorable and is absolutely one that you and your children will love and want to watch every year. The animation is extremely well done and the story line is precious.It has many lovely lessons built into this extremely entertaining movie.My children adored this movie and yours will too. And NO, you won't have to stop the movie to explain anything. Those people that wrote those insane comments are ridiculous and petty.Hope you and your family enjoy this wonderful Christmas movie.

My Husband, kids and I thought we were in for a treat, what with all the reviews & an almost-5-star rating. Well, as much as my Husband and I enjoyed Mariah Carey's songs, THIS movie was filled with sarcasm, disrespectful and disobedient children, foolish grownups, a VERY passive-agressive Dad, AND a Grandpa who should have been JAILED for trespassing and petty theft (anything < $950).Our children were SHOCKED at all the terrible things BOTH the GROWNUPS and the children did. We were consistently having to pause the video to teach our children.Now we know that just because a movie is rated 4.5 Stars doesn't necessarily mean it's a wonderful choice for our Family Movie Night.

I absolutely loved it! I grew up listening to Mariah Carey and it warmed my heart to see this animated Christmas rendition from her hit and my FAVORITE Christmas song. The diversity in the characters was touching was a nod to her own multicultural family. Having read about the many complexities of not ever really fitting in one race or another, or even being accepted by her mothers family because of her Afro-Latino father, warmed my heart to see how beautifully put together this animated family was. It appears to have a personal touch. I appreciate that!

I watched this with my 10 year old daughter and we loved it. It reminded me of her falling in love with her puppy 7 years ago. ( Spoilers ) The thing I most liked about this movie was at the end when the girl finds Jack.But it does get s little sad at the end when they couldn't find Jack but it got happy again when they did found Jack and I think it was a good decision to add that part and not make the end a cliffhanger or a sad ending.Also some the bad reviews are exaggerating over this CARTOON movie saying people are tress passing and it's dog abuse. But I personally think otherwise because it's literally a CARTOON, it's made to be funny not rude or otherwise. ( And yes I do recommend this movie it was very fun to watch )

This movie is beautiful. I love this movie an I am 44 years old. I love the storyline and the Christmas music. The only people who are complaining, must be adults who do not like Mariah Carey. *** Everything that happened in the movie, lead it to end on with a positive lesson. 🌲😊🌲😊🌲😊🌲

Me and my girls watched this movie and we absolutely loved it! It is now apart of our Christmas collection. I'm so glad I supported MC on this. It was a beautiful story. We sang her song, played and laughed all during the movie. I loved her last message, "we are not perfect but love is!" Great Job!

This movie is adorable. It is so cute and my children love it. My 4 year old daughter is absolutely obsessed with it. As an adult, I also really enjoy it, to be honest. I highly recommend this sweet movie for children and families to watch to gether.

My granddaughter’s favourite movie this Holiday season. It wasn’t supposed to arrive before Christmas but it did which was a great surprise.Cute movie with some good lessons for little ones.

Also ein Mega-Blockbuster ist er nicht, dies sollte man auch nicht erwarten. Ich finde die Story ist gelungen. Sie ist witzig und eine Moraliche zugleich. Der Film ist für die bis 7 Jähirigen gut geeignet, ab 7 Jahren würde der Film bestimmt nur platt sein (kein Wunder bei diesen „Kinderfilmen“ heutzutage-schrecklich). Das einzige was ich als störend fand, war die deutsche Erzählstimme. Irgendwie hat sie nicht gepasst.Ansonsten top..

Ein wirklich niedlich gemachter Film. Gute Laune auf den Winter. Habe den Film aber gekauft um in der Vorweihnachtszeit etwas auf Weihnachten eingestimmt zu werden mit meinen Kindern. Leider handelte der Film ausschließlich um einen Hund. Im Film ist die komplette Zeit Vorweihnachtszeit...also man sieht schon Schnee, Tannenbäume...aber richtig von Weihnachten als solches handelte der Film nicht.Wirklich süßer Film, aber nicht als purer Weihnachtsfilm gedacht!
