If you need a cure this is it.
Wanted something that wouldn't put nitrites/nitrates in our homemade deli meats! This is it.

Great Breakthrough in curing meats!
I smoked a full bacon slab with it, and it came out excellent! It's pricey, but the outcome was superb. No regrets here, I will buy it again, and I recommend it. The color, texture and flavor of the bacon was the best that I have made. I won't be going back to pink salt cure. NOTE: I tried to add a picture of the bacon, but it wouldn't work.
