These soft color of these lights creates a warm atmosphere. And if you connect them thru a dimmer, you can dial the light level down to whatever mood you're trying to set. Very well-designed and well-built for weather protection and long life.

Got these to continue the string lights on my porch. They no longer sell the previous one I purchased, but these had the same style and design. They fit perfectly and were brighter than the box we bought from Costco. Bonus because these were cheaper too. Ended up returning the box from Costco

The are simply terrific lights that were effortless to install. I think because of some older reviews mentioning the lights not working if the bulbs weren't screwed in tightly enough, that maybe they were getting a higher number of returns for "defective" lights that weren't actually defective, that the decided to install the bulbs at the factory. I'm merely speculating, but it would make sense. In any case, the bulbs are in fact already (and properly) installed, so it's just a matter of hang it up and plug it in.I also used a TP-Link Kasa Outdoor Smart Dimmer so that I can voice control and schedule the lights. The bulbs themselves give off next to no heat at all and they can be dimmed.

Installation was super easy but unboxing wasn't. It comes with an instruction on how to untangle properly by laying it flat and untwisting the blue wired clasps that hold the cords together. It doesn't work. I just tried to untangle it carefully by laying it flat on my balcony. Once untangled, installation was very easy. I bought hanging hooks with spring clasps to hold the electrical cord during windy situations.I had to buy a porch light bulb converter since I don't have an electrical outlet oustide my balcony so I can plug the LED lights. All I have to do is to flip up the switch from the inside to turn on the lights and it works great.I just bought a smart dimmer to change my light switch inside because I think these LED light bulbs are just too bright for my intention and the deisred effect. I have yet to receive the dimmer from Amazon in 2 days and then install it.The bulbs feel durable because they are made of plastic and not the very old fashion ones. They are also waterproof since it rained very hard here a couple of days after my installation and no water got inside the bulbs.The light bulbs are all LEDs so they are indeed cost efficient should you decide to turn them on at dusk and that's what I planned to do that's why I bought a smart dimmer switch to program it to turn on at dusk and turn off at 5:30 am everyday.I definitely recommend this string of outdoor LED light bulbs. I got mine on sale for $21.00 during Black Friday and I am very happy with it.

I hung these yesterday, so I can’t speak to long term durability, but when they clanked together as I unraveled them, they gave off a sound that made me believe they really are shatter proof! They look really pretty, and the light is kind of soft and almost romantic, which I like. I had to hang mine against my fence to protect them from my boys playing soccer and baseball, so the light doesn’t cast across the space as much as it would if they were suspended above. The price I pay for two happy, active boys. :-)

Easy to install and good cord length between lights. Excellent quality and durability. The whole set has been through many heavy rain storms and high winds outside, attached to a privacy fence for over 6 months. All lights working every night on a timer. Remember to tighten the outside plastic light covers on each bulb as stated in the instructions...some take a few turns to tighten! Completely heavy rain proof after tightening.

Best quality, great value, highly recommended. We’ve had them up for almost a year with some pretty hairy storms and we have not had a single issue. Look great too.You can connect hundreds of feet together (we did 400), despite recommendation being max 96.Make sure you string tension wire up first to provide stability.Make sure you have very strong foundation/anchor points, especially if you’re covering distances over 20 feet (each of our runs is about 50 feet)

I doubled up and they were still less expensive than the big box stores. I am really enjoying just the right amount of light for warm evenings outside.
