Modern Fit
There's not much to be said that hasn't already been commented on by many, so I hope my comment is concise and helpful if anyone is reading this far down the list.Long story short, I've always avoided slim tapered pants since I have associated them with being uncomfortable, tight,, and I used to prefer to wear relaxed fit pants instead. Not until recently have I began to try to change my style of clothing, and I was recommended Docker's Alpha by many people in my friend group.I found the Alpha's to have a bit of a sheen, and I felt they were too casual anyway. They are known as being "The jeans of chinos" basically, and it's obvious when you look at it's cuts and exposed seams. However, I loved how they fit and once I heard of the Modern Fit line I had to see what it was all about.I purchased a pair about a month ago, and I love them. Absolutely amazing - very comfortable, flattering, and they are simply great. I've been a little apprehensive when it comes to slimming down my clothes, especially since I play sports so have larger legs than most, but these had a perfect taper where the thighs fit well, and around the lower calves was perfect also. Here are my measurements if anyone would like to have something to compare to. I know these measurements are typical for squatters, and athletes, so I hope they are helpful for those looking into these pants.I purchased the Modern Fit in 33x32. I'm 6'00'' 180lbs.Upper Thigh - 24.25"Mid Thigh - 22.5"Lower Thigh - 17"Calf - 15"They fit like a charm. I've actually gotten compliments on them before - which before I cared about my appearance never happened to me, so I can't vouch for these pants enough.Hope this was helpful!

I have to say that these Dockers Modern Khaki's in Gravel are a great fit for me
I have found may times in the past that it is a gamble when ordering clothes without having tried them on. Particularly when trying different colors in the same garment. I have to say that these Dockers Modern Khaki's in Gravel are a great fit for me. I am 5'8", 225lbs of not muscle. I have been working pretty hard on that recently, hence my need for new slacks in a smaller size. Im coming from a 40x30 and these Dockers fit great! They are super comfortable and I have had no issue when wearing them all day long. I will likely be trying a couple more colors, but with some reservation. Like I said earlier, I always find there is some variance in the size/cut with different colors in the same garment.I have a pair of the Docker's Signature Slim fit Khakis and there are not nearly as comfortable as these and they are quite a bit smaller in the waist. They also have a sheen to them that i don't particularly care for.If I can find a couple of casual button downs that fit my gut as well as these Dockers I'll be in pretty good shape. Until then I'm rocking the grapefruit on a straw look while I continue to hit the gym!

Comfortable and attractive
I like these pants. They fit well. The material gives the black a slightly charcoal appearance. Although I wear them to work, they do have a casual feel to them, which makes them convenient for use otherwise. The fact that they sit slightly below the waist might be a good thing for most men, but for my usual size of 32, it rests little too low with a belt on. This might simply mean that I'd need to buy 1 inch smaller for slim styles in general. I'd try that next time and hope that the smaller waist won't translate into a smaller thigh.Pants are rarely perfect, though. These do a good job.

Nice pants
These are not quite dress pants, but not quite casual pants either. I have the charcoal colored ones. They look great, they're different. Great for going out. Kind of fancy for school so you'll get some attention. A bit short length wise but I sag my pants a bit so it all works out anyways. They're not made of the most durable fabric. The first day the left side frayed a bit because I had a bunch of keys in my pocket but they're still completely intact. I have not had any problems beyond that, and since then they've held up fine.

32/30- Fitted and a little loose in the waist. 5'9, 160# guy
Really nice, "tailored" fit on these khakis. I'm 5'9, 160 and workout legs regularly, so I was worried they would be too tight, but they're perfect in the legs. The waist seems alittle big, but I think I'm between sizes right now. My only complaint is that the material is kind of light. These are Pacific Collection khakis, Dockers's Spring/Summer collection, which isn't mentioned in the description. So if you're looking for your standard Medium weight material, this isn't it.

Great Pants, Surprisingly Stylish!
I have been looking for a pair of khakis/pants I could wear to work (casually) and wear out, these are it! I noticed that Dockers tended to run small in the legs/waist but these are for the most part true to size. I'm a 32 waist in most other brands I shop for (gap, BR, express, etc), and I bought 33 in a couple pairs and 32 in couple pair. I would say buy true to your waist size otherwise a belt is definitely necessary. Of all the khakis I have shopped for, none of their khakis were as nice or somehow as stylish as this dockers.***One note: I have four different pairs; and the New British (Tan color) is a little wider in the waist and about an inch or longer than the others.

I am happy to have found these
After searching for chinos that would fit my husband's big belly without being too flappy in the legs, I am happy to have found these. We did have to order one waist size larger than usual, though. (40" instead of 38") The length was fine. The fabric is on the thicker side, which works okay for our long winters. Bought then in Pembroke (Dk. blue), New British Khaki, and Black.

Best khaki I have owned
I own 10 pairs of khaki's from landsend and American eagle, these are the best fitting khaki's I've ever had, and decently rugged (not bulky, they don't wear out and break as fast as many of my other khaki's). I was shocked since the only reason I bought them was for my friends wedding I figured I'd Chuck them after that, now I'm about to buy even more.About the fit, they are a little bit tappered at the ankle and are fairly slim around my thighs if you're not into that, than these won't be for you.
