Very tough on dog pee and poop and works on hardwood floors!
This is an amazing tool. I bought it because I currently have six, non-house-trained puppies who often miss the pee pads. Some of them escape their enclosure and poop on my hardwood floors. After scraping up the piles, I used the Bissel steam cleaner and my husband said the floors look like new. The steam does its magic and then dries really fast. My Bissel came with two bottles of cleaning solution, two bottles of solution to clean the machine, two rollers and multiple filters. It's honestly the best floor cleaner I've ever had and it's not too harsh for my wood (wood wood, not engineered) floors. Highly recommend.

This thing is a GEM once you figure it out
I was at the END OF MY ROPE with my floors being constantly dirty. With 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 husband, I just couldn't keep up. By the time I'd get them vacuumed and find time to mop, they'd be dirty again. We don't typically waste money on things like this, so I debated for a long time, and did a lot of shopping, and read a lot of reviews before I finally pulled the trigger on this model. TOTALLY WORTH IT. I did get it on sale on Black Friday, so that helped soften the blow.Pros:-Easy to operate, there's only like 3 buttons total, so its pretty easy to figure out, even for a blonde like me-Does a pretty decent job at cleaning my multiple floor types (vinyl, hard wood, area rugs, and tile). Are they as clean as a good old fashioned hands and knees scrub? No. But ain't nobody got time for that.-It picks up the dog hair without getting clogged-Refreshes area rugs without leaving them sopping wet-Self-cleaning function is WAY better than previous models, you just sit it onto the base tray and push the button-You can use whatever cleaning solution tickles your fancy, you aren't forced to buy their branded refills (ahem, Swiffer). This is nice for the crunchier families that aim for more natural/plant based products.Cons:-This thing is LOUD. Like, blender loud. Not a dealbreaker for me, but if you're planning to clean the floors after your kid is asleep, something to be aware of.-Dirty water tank holds a very small amount compared to the clean tank, so you will need to dump the dirty water multiple times during your cleaning session. Annoying, but whatever. I saw some reviews complaining about the machine leaving dirty water streaks, thats because their dirty tank is too full. Took me one time to figure that out, easy fix.-There isn't a trigger lock, so if you are cleaning large areas, your finger will get tired from holding down the trigger (first world problem here, but worth mentioning)-It is bulky. Obviously, it has to be to have room for the motor, and both the clean and dirty tanks, but compared to my stick vac, it is heavier, not as easy to maneuver, and doesn't get under the furniture. Wasn't a surprise, I knew what I was buying. Size compares to your standard bagless model.-Cleaning it out when you're done using it is totally gross if you live with heathens like I do. You do have to still take it all apart and rinse it, clean out the parts, let the roller dry, and wipe up any dirt left in the tray after the self clean cycle. Even with adding on the clean up time, I am still saving time overall compared to vacuuming and mopping in two separate steps.Overall, very happy with this model, the pros outweigh the cons for our family and needs. Is it perfect, no, and I'm sure they're working on a new model that will address some of these gripes, but thats how technology works.

Very powerful and effective
We absolutely love this wet vacuum. We moved into a new house and used it to wash all of the floors thoroughly. It is very easy to use and REALLY washes your floors. Very satisfying to see how much dirt comes off the floor. Great suction. The dirty water tank could be bigger - the max line is really low and you do need to empty it at the max line because it won’t suck up the foam anymore and noise will increase. Not too heavy - I can easily use it at 39 weeks pregnant.

Finally! Something Got My Hardwood Floors Clean!
I am in love with this machine! We used to have a steam rug shampooer that did a fabulous job on our hardwood floors but it died a few years ago and we haven't been able to find any way to get them clean until now. I knew we needed steam and a powerful brush because we have dogs that don't know how to wipe their feet, after coming in from the pen. This machine is easy to operate and I am happy for the brush cleaning cycle, when one is through. This is really innovative and easy to push around, even for an older gal like me. I had one area of the floor that was embedded with grime and even though I had to work on that area a bit, it came clean as could be. Now that I found this machine, the floors won't be getting that embedded anymore and will be a breeze to keep clean. Highly recommend.

Worth the buy! Even pre-owned!
I have a high traffic household, 3 dogs a hubs that works construction and a kiddo that loves the texas red clay! With a mixture of tile, vinyl and carpet in the house this machine is heaven sent. Works wonders on pet hair, mud and litter. Is very easy to lift and work into most places. Picks up Sand like nothing but struggles with paper and small plastics. The cord, well I have smaller home so it reaches just about every where when centrally plugged but a bigger 1k + sqft home may need to move a few times. Haven't tried the area rug feature yet but steam and tile setting are wonderful. The auto clean feature.. Just Yes.My machine was pre-owned was clean and had all parts with it, even the trial detergents. Only thing Is the tank for dirty water is a little tricky as it has a lift able strainer so just becarful when pour it out, and remember to check behind the FILTER,Small plastics and things get stuck In there and can cause confusion if you get clogged. All in all Well worth the buy.
