Love this new Deep Grill Pan/Griddle!!!
I am very excited about my new Deep Pan/Griddle! It heats evenly, which I was worried about! My first use was to sautee many chicken chunks, and I wondered if they would all get evenly cooked. But I loaded them in the pan, and they cooked evenly and thoroughly without my intervention! Of course, I moved them around with my spatula to ensure even cooking, but the griddle heated evenly, so I was happy! I would recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about its effective heating/cooking ability!

The color is worthless
Bought this in January. It’s been three months. There is no color now. It is clearly not made for heat or open flame. Worth. Less.
