My wife is 5'4" and about 160lbs. She has a muscular build,. Would she be F1 or F2?

I’m 5’8 and 180 and f2 was perfect for me. I think f1 would be good for her.

What is the material?

I’m not sure in the material, but I can tell you that it’s a standard Gi material, and I’ve had it for about 5 mos, using it 3-4 a week and it’s has not had any wear and Tear. Other than the pants being slightly shorter than I would like, I think they’re good quality.
