I purchased a variety of Kind bars. My family likes them for on the go breakfast, or a snack. They are not overly sweet and are pretty satisfying.

Tasty and filling, a great way for me to start my busy day without loading up too much or getting bogged down by an overindulgence of chocolate. I find that large portions of most common breakfast foods can slow me down and expand the waistline. Once in a while, a big breakfast has its place, but not at the start of a busy workday. I am far too active at work to slow down, and these are quite adequate without being overbearing. Highly recommended, as well as the other flavors offered.
