Going into the trash after 5 years of headache
I bought the hub and 3 Broadlink smart buttons about 5 years ago for my home. From the beginning it was just a nightmare to keep it connected. Either the hub would disconnect from its accessories or just not communicate button presses to the app. I had to set up everything from scratch about once a month. I tried replacing the hub last year, hoping maybe it was just a fluke. Nope, the new hub continued the same strain of problems and only lasted a month. It is going in the trash.

Hub disconnects from devices
Hub disconnects from devices and you have to reset the devices and repair them it's a pain in the button. I just returned all broadlink smart buttons and hub.

Aire acondicionado con 20 años de antigüedad y he conseguido integrarlo con alexa y tener un mando en el teléfono incluso mejor que el original….por ahora perfecto seguiré integrando reliquias…

Ho acquistato questo dispositivo per avere un controllo fisico, tramite pulsante, di alcune lampade smart già gestite con Alexa. Purtroppo, dopo poco tempo, il dispositivo smette di funzionare correttamente: non so se il problema sia la perdita del segnale Wi-Fi o un reset della configurazione, ma il risultato è che i pulsanti diventano inutilizzabili. Quando funziona, lo fa bene, ma ho dovuto riconfigurarlo tre o quattro volte, prima di perdere la pazienza e abbandonare. Questo difetto lo rende di fatto inutilizzabile
