Well designed !
The blue tooth setup should be replaced with WiFi. You need to be pretty darn close to the machine for the blue tooth to work. In that sense, it is hardly a truly remote operation as you must go outside and be near the machine to set up your programming. The written instructions are a bit complicated and not that easy to follow. However there are numerous helpful videos available online. It is not very clear from the written materials how to obtain additional supplies such as boundary wire, connectors, cutting blades, etc. Also the videos are not specific to the machine I purchased but I was nevertheless able to figure it out and I was able to set up the particular machine I purchased.Once all set up, it works pretty well and I really like it. I definitely give it a thumbs up.

wanted to love it...
We've had this unit for nearly a year now and it's been down half the time. It was easy enough to set up using the boundary wire provided. Just expect to spend several hours setting it up. The mover stopped working after approximately three months requiring me to reinstall to install another boundary wire at a cost of $50 to get it working again. I don't know what happened, after one month it's stopped working. I don't know what happened. It's great when it works because it mows the lawn really well saves me almost an hours work per week in the hot sun in southern Florida, unfortunately it isn't reliable. Cannot recommend.

Nice mower, pain to setup
The only negative is that it didn't come with anywhere near enough wire. I guess I have too many things to go around in my yard, pool, storm shelter, fire pit, etc. I needed about 200' more but had to buy a 500' spool ($85 at the hardware store). The mower is very quiet and does a nice job. Laying the boundary wire is a pain but I knew that up front. Well worth the trouble once done. I haven't needed tech support but I'm sure it's there. You'll need additional wire and connectors but other than those all you need is in the box. A good buy for what I spent, great for a smallish yard.

Technology not quite there yet
We set up the wire at the surface with the stakes to see if it would work before going thru the effort of trenching wire. Unfortunately it was getting wheels stuck and spinning out in the zoysia grass despite the fact that i had previously mowed. It also cut its own wire which was getting tugged on and loosened from the stakes when it rolled over it. There are not enough stakes included in the box and the stakes arent long enough because they were popping out of the ground from tension on the wire. Also I have oak twigs dropping in my yard on windy days from my neighbors trees and the tiny razor blades on the bottom of this unit would get stuck on those. Ultimately had to return this. Perhaps this will work for northern grass. It was very quiet and returned to its base on its own when it didnt get stuck in the grass. It surprisingly also didnt get stuck on my pavers either. It also worked in the rain.

Horrible App, Impossible Setup
App is garbage, and the docking station is impossible to get working - always showing "loop signal not found". Support is non existent. Buy literally anything else.

After 3 weeks
The media could not be loaded. In conclusion, After three solid weeks of trying to get this thing to operate, my inability to program the mower to cut the lawn on a schedule has required me to return.I Set up the boundary and guide wire. It took me a solid day. 2150 ft.² only one issue with the wire not connecting, and it was due to where the boundary and guide wire connect with the special connector. I needed to press down on it harder, but then no problem the wires were set. And the light at the home base was green.The machine seems to be cutting well. If the software and app were better, these mowers would be selling without any problem.This is my problem. For weeks I have tried to connect my Apple XR phone using the app to the mower. The app will not let me save a schedule time. While I can connect, I can’t program it at all. So in order to mow the lawn, it needs to be manual attention all times. I have to press the button on the mower.I tried a couple of more Apple devices, to see if they will work. But I was not able to connect these with the Bluetooth. I know some people had no problem. It’s all very frustrating. I don’t know what this company was thinking launching such a bad app.People that reviewed this mower for Husqvarna (aka influencers), did a terrible job. There are so many glitches with this mower that should have been Addressed either before the launch or at least during the videos. You would think this would be a great product for the elderly, but not so. The software is a disaster. Middle-age people don’t have the time to figure out all of these glitches.Until these automowers come out with a GPS mower, with no guide and boundary wires, we are going to be push mowing.

AMAZING PRODUCT &CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is my first review ever, but I had to come on here to praise the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. I ordered a Gardena Sileno last year off Amazon and this year the stations connectors burnt out, and my robot was no longer working. I passed by the Gardena office to see if they could help me. From the moment they opened their door to me, Gardena staff were super helpful and kind. It was amazing customer service, they asked me to drop off the lawn mower and all the equipment and they sent me an email right away. They fixed the issue, even though the part affected wasn’t covered by warranty they went above and beyond to fix the issue for me as a one time free of charge service. You don’t find customer service like this everyday. When I went to pick up my mower, not only did the manager chat with me, the technician who worked on it also came out to talk to me and explain the issue and what they fixed and what to look out for. THANK YOU TO SHARUYA, IVY HURLEY AND FADY.TOP TO BOTTOM THIS TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL, and I really appreciate it.

Meestal doet de maaier het
Soms stopt de maaier om onduidelijke reden, lastig als je net op een langere vakantie bent… Na 2 jaar de stekker (die in het stopcontact gaat) vervangen, die was de laatste keer de oorzaak van de storing. Gazon ziet er goed uit, makkelijk om de mesjes te vervangen voor het beste resultaat. Al met al tevreden.

Die Lieferung war zügig, das Produkt gut verpackt.Durch vorangegangene Rezension erst intensiv die Anleitungsvideos auf YouTube geschaut, die Gebrauchsanweisung gut durchgelesen. Mit der Standortsuche fürs Laden wurde begonnen. Von dort ausgehend dann die Kabel gelegt. Eigentlich ist es ja ein großer geschlossener Kreis. Allerdings haben wir noch ein Kreis eingelegt der nicht gemäht wird und die Mittellinie verlegt. Das alles hat mehrere Stunden gedauert, war allerdings von vornherein klar. Unser Garten ist auch relativ verwinkelt und mit einigen etwas türkischen Ecken versehen. Nachdem dann alles angeklemmt und zügig programmiert, war fuhr der Mähroboter tatsächlich los.Seitdem mäht er gut vor sich hin und hat nach wenigen Tagen fast das gesamte Gelände komplett gemäht. Das finden wir erstaunlich, da er 14 Tage benötigt, um sich richtig einzugrooven- wie es GARDENA nannte.Bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden und hoffen, es bleibt so.Das Gerät ist wirklich sehr leise, was ich hervorragend finde. Auch die Skeptiker innerhalb der Familie wurden jetzt schon eines Besseren belehrt. 😎👍😊

Ho aspettato qualche giorno perché non ero convintissimo, ma devo dire che mi ha fatto ricredere in poco tempo.Nel mio caso sono riuscito a creare 3 aree di lavoro, e riesce a gestirle senza difficoltà. Il robot in sé è silenziosissimo e lo consiglio al 100%.Avrei aumentato la capacità della batteria, ma sicuramente avrebbe influito sul prezzo che rimane imbattile per questa qualità.(L’installazione non è difficile, può risultare davvero stancante se l’area da gestire è grande, nel mio caso ci ho messo 2 giorni per 3 aree da un totale di circa 500m2)

Deux ans d'utilisation
Après deux ans d'utilisation, le robot est silencieux, très solide, pas de problème de batterie ,étanche, très bien pour le laver au Jet d'eau, une fois le câble bien positionné c'est que du bonheur, jamais eu de problème de retour à la base. L'hiver je le rentre après un bon nettoyage et changement de Lame. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat.
